Locating the Analyze Report

1. Click on Analyze Tab
   The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
2. In the Search Reports field, type 24/7 App
3. Click on the 24/7 App Activity Detail Report

Logic

This report captures the specific detail for applicant smart links.

Filter Options

	Filter Name	Options	Description
	Division	All available Employer list	Use this filter to refine records by Employers
	Region	All available Region list	Use this filter to refine records by Region
	Office	All available Office list	Use this filter to refine records by Office
	Applicant Name	Free Text Field	Use this filter to refine records by Applicant Name
	Current Login Status	Options: All, Logged in, Logged Out, Never Logged in	Use this filter to refine records by Current Login Status
	Work Access	Options: All, Enabled, Pending, Disabled	Use this filter to refine records by Work Access
	Lastest SmarkLink Status	Options: All, Success, Failed	Use this filter to refine records by Latest Smart Link Status
	Date Type	Latest App Activity Date, Latest Smart Link Sent Date, First Login Date	Use this filter to refine the records as per date type selected
	Date From		Use this filter to refine App Activity between the date range
	Date To
	Date Range	Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, …	When 'Date Range' is selected, 'Date From' and 'Date To' will be automatically disabled. The user will need to select either 'Date Range' or enter 'Date From' and 'Date To'.
