Time

These metrics are valuable as ultimately, a review and understanding of the Time metrics will help an organization save money.  When a role is vacant, it costs money to pay employees to work overtime.  It also increases burnout and stress in the workplace, which is in the long term an extremely high cost.  Finally, the longer it takes to hire someone, the lower your customer satisfaction is likely to be, which affects the company’s overall performance and profits.

The purpose of the dashboards contained in the Time is to track the various metrics related to hours worked (regular hours, over time hours, double time hours) as a breakdown by office, region, and specific customer and industry.

The Time folder also contains placements – Starts, and placement – Ends metrics.  Both of these dashboards provide a view with the trend, and the delta with the state of the business.
