What Is Auth0?

Auth0 is a proven identity platform used across the software industry. Avionté Mobile uses Auth0 to verify talent identity securely, without requiring a password. Talent confirm who they are by entering a one-time code sent to their email or phone number, a method that is both fast and resistant to unauthorized access.

Signing In to Avionté Mobile

Signing In With a One-Time Code

When talent open the app and enter their email address or phone number, Auth0 sends a six-digit verification code. Talent enter that code on the Verify Your Identity screen to access their account. The code expires quickly, so talent should enter it as soon as they receive it.

Note: If talent do not receive a code, they can tap Resend on the verification screen. Check that the email address or phone number on file is correct if delivery issues persist.

Talent who sign in with their email address receive a code from Avionté Mobile. The email contains the six-digit code to enter on the Verify Your Identity screen.

Talent who sign in with their phone number receive an SMS from the app with their verification code.

SmartLink Login

Talent who access Avionté Mobile through a SmartLink are taken directly into the app without entering a password or verification code.

Creating a New Account

New talent signing up for Avionté Mobile use the same passwordless flow. The Create Your Account screen collects an email address, phone number, and username. After submitting, talent verify their identity with a one-time code before accessing the app.

Note: The email address and phone number entered during account creation carry over automatically to prepopulate the job application form, so talent do not need to re-enter that information when applying.

For Staffing Agencies

Auth0 protects talent accounts against unauthorized access attempts, reducing risk for both agencies and the talent they place. Because talent sign in with a one-time code rather than a password, common login support requests, including forgotten passwords and locked accounts, are largely eliminated.
