Bill Cycle Filters
Weekly
Using the weekly bill cycles allows you to invoice those clients on a weekly basis. Filter by this bill cycle and the week end date that needs to be invoiced and then select the invoice using the check boxes to the right. Once you have all of your timesheets ready, click the blue button on the bottom right to process your timesheets.
Bi-Monthly
Much like the weekly cycle, use this filter to keep track of all timesheets that need to be processed every two weeks.
Monthly
The monthly filter allows you to invoice every 4 weeks. Use this bill cycle to invoice once a month.

Sometimes the start or end of the month falls in the middle of the week. Using the Monthly Calendar bill cycle allows your back office team to split a weekly invoice when the month start or end date lands in the middle of the week.

Suppress Invoice (Auto-Generate)
Supressed invoices can still be process for reporting purposes. Using this filter, your back-office team can view and process all suppressed invoices.
VMS/Client Internal - Bi-Weekly/Calendar Monthly
If the client uses a Vendor Management System, this bill cycle will allow you to keep track of those invoices. Run invoices either Bi-Weekly or by the Calendar Month
