Mobile Talent Experience

Talent users have the ability to log into the talent portal on a mobile device, so that they may interact with Avionté when they don't have access to a traditional laptop/desktop computer. The talent portal supports phones and tablets, on iPhone or Android. It works in portrait and landscape modes. Users do not need to download an app; it works in a mobile browser.

Start Screen

On the start screen, users can view and complete their assigned tasks. They can tap on tasks individually or tap the Start button to work on them in sequence. Examples of tasks they can complete are I-9's, W4's, their Resume, and Work History.
