Note: Reports load with Today & Yesterday as the initial default. Once you adjust filters, the report remembers your selections for future sessions. If you see unexpected results, check your active filters in the right panel. The data you see depends on your security permissions—users with restricted access may see fewer activities than colleagues with broader visibility.

Understanding This Report

What This Report Shows You

The Talent Activities Report displays each talent activity and job activity as a separate row with comprehensive details about the candidate, the activity performed, and associated job information. This report pulls data directly from the Talent Record Activities tab, capturing every interaction logged by your team—including calls, emails, interviews, submissions, and other engagement activities. Each row provides the complete context needed to understand when an activity occurred, who performed it, what type of activity it was, and any notes or details that were recorded, creating a complete audit trail of all candidate interactions across your organization.

Why Use This Report

This report helps you manage day-to-day operations and answer critical questions:

  • Which recruiters are most actively engaging with candidates this week?
  • What types of activities (calls, interviews, emails) are generating the most candidate interactions?
  • Which branches or regions are maintaining the strongest candidate engagement?
  • How are our recruiting activities distributed across different jobs or companies?
  • Which candidates have had recent interview activities or submissions?
