Saving Your Filters
Enhanced Reporting remembers your last-used filter settings automatically. When you return to a report, your previous selections are pre-populated so you can run it again without starting from scratch. You can also set an adjustment of filters as your new Default Filters, or create Bookmarks.
For filter combinations you use regularly, you can save them as named bookmarks:
- Configure your filters as needed and run the report.
- Select Bookmarks from the filter panel.
- Enter a name for the bookmark and select Save.
- Access saved bookmarks from the same Bookmarks option.

Sharing Reports
How you share reports depends on whether your organization has INSIGHTS. Both options start the same way: duplicate the report, configure it for your needs, and distribute it from there.
