This INSIGHTS report helps staffing teams track talent trends, compare performance metrics across periods, and monitor key financial indicators such as billing amounts, wages, and costs.
Accessing the Report
- Click on Analyze Tab
The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected - In the Search Reports field, type TALENT TREND
- Click on the Talent Trend Report

Each row represents a talent with total hours and dynamically generated comparison columns based on your selected time period and metrics. This structured view allows you to analyze talent utilization trends, compare performance across periods, and track financial metrics like billing amounts, wages, and costs.

Using Filters
Filters appear on the right side of your screen and help you focus on specific segments of your data. All filters default to "Include all" when you first open the report.

Applying Your Filter Selections
- Click on the edit icon next to any filter name to expand it
- Make your selections by checking boxes or choosing from dropdowns
- Click Apply to update the report with your filtered view
- Click Cancel to discard changes and return to the previous filter state
Reading the Data
The Talent Trend report displays each talent as a separate row with their organizational details, ID information, and dynamically generated comparison columns based on your selected time period and metrics. The extensive field list allows you to export exactly the information you need for your talent analysis and financial reporting.

Exporting Your Data
Export your report data to share with stakeholders, perform additional analysis, or maintain records outside of Avionté.
- Apply any filters you want to include in your export
- Click the three-dot menu icon (⋮) in the top right corner of the report area
- Select your preferred format from the Download submenu:
- Image: Creates a visual snapshot of the report as currently displayed
- CSV File: Exports raw data compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and database tools
- PDF File: Generates a formatted document suitable for printing or formal distribution
Additional Export Options
The three-dot menu also provides options to repeat rows (useful for printing), merge rows, and other display customizations. These settings affect how your report appears on screen and in exports.
