The Client Contact Report provides detailed contact information for clients, including names, titles, phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses. Use this report to access up-to-date client contact details for sales activities, client management, and relationship-building efforts across your organization.

Customizing and Sharing This Report
Columns: Use the column selector to show, hide, or reorder columns to match your workflow.
Filters: Your filter selections are remembered between sessions — the report opens with your last-used settings automatically.
Sharing (INSIGHTS users): You can duplicate, rename, and share customized versions of this report with team members, and schedule automated delivery by email. System-level reports remain unchanged and available to all users.
Sharing (Standard users): You can duplicate this report and customize filters for personal use. To share a customized version with your team, duplicate the report, apply your preferred filters, and share it directly with individual users. System-level reports cannot be modified or set as a default for all users. See Enhanced Standard Reporting Overview for more detail.
Accessing the Report
- Click on the Analyze tab.
The Reports sub tab will automatically be selected. - In the Search Reports field, type CLIENT CONTACT.
- Click on the Client Contact Report.
Understanding This Report
What This Report Shows You
The Client Contact Report displays each client contact as a separate row, providing comprehensive contact details alongside company and relationship information. This report is searchable by company, location, industry, and category, making it easy to find the specific contacts you need.
Each row represents an individual contact associated with a client company and includes:
- Contact name, title, and role information
- Phone numbers (direct, mobile, fax)
- Email addresses
- Physical mailing addresses
- Company affiliation and location details
- Industry and category classifications
- Assigned representative information
- Contact status
Who Uses This Report
This report is designed for:
- Sales Representatives: Access up-to-date contact details to efficiently communicate and engage with clients for sales activities and relationship-building efforts.
- Account Managers: Maintain accurate client records, track client interactions, and provide personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Business Development Teams: Identify key contacts within target industries or categories for outreach campaigns.
- Operations Managers: Verify contact information is current and complete across client accounts.
Using Filters
Filters allow you to narrow down the report to show only the client contacts relevant to your needs. All filters support multi-select functionality.

| Category | All available categories | Use this filter to refine results by company category. Categories help segment clients by type, size, or other organizational classifications. |
| City | Containing (free text search) | Use this filter to refine results by the city portion of the contact's mailing address. Enter all or part of a city name to find matching contacts. |
| State | All available states | Use this filter to refine results by the state or province portion of the contact's mailing address. Focus on contacts located in specific states or regions. |
| Contact Tags | Containing (free text search) | Use this filter to refine results by tags assigned to the contact record. Enter all or part of a tag name to find contacts tagged for specific outreach or tracking purposes. |
Reading the Data
The following table describes each column available in the Client Contact Report. Use the column selector to show, hide, or reorder columns based on your needs.

Account managers can use this report to maintain accurate, up-to-date contact information for their assigned clients. Filter by representative to view your portfolio, then verify contact details are current before important client communications.
Client Communication Campaigns
Marketing and communications teams can extract contact lists segmented by industry, status, or category to support email campaigns, newsletters, or event invitations. The ability to filter by active status ensures communications reach current clients.
Data Quality and Record Maintenance
Operations teams can use this report to audit contact data completeness. Identify contacts missing email addresses, phone numbers, or other critical information that may impact business communications.
Territory Management
Filter by city, state, and representative to review contact coverage across territories. Ensure all client contacts are properly assigned and that no accounts are missing designated points of contact.

Exporting Your Data
You can export the Client Contact Report data for use in external tools, client presentations, or offline analysis.
To Export the Report:
- Apply any desired filters to refine the data.
- Click the Export button in the report toolbar.
- Select your preferred export format (CSV or Excel).
- The file will download to your computer with all visible columns and filtered data included.
Refreshing the Report
The Client Contact Report data refreshes automatically every 5 minutes to reflect changes made in the system. This ensures you always have access to current contact information without manual intervention.
If you need to see the most recent updates immediately:
- Click the Refresh button in the report toolbar.
- The report will reload with the latest available data.
