The report also totals new hires by office and overall, giving you a clear count of new hire volume across your organization for the date range you select.

Why Use This Report

This report helps you track new hire activity and answer critical questions:

  • How many new hires did each office bring on within a given date range?
  • Which talent received their first paycheck recently, and from which paying office?
  • How does new hire volume compare across divisions, regions, or offices over time?
  • What is the payment address on file for each new hire?
  • Are new hire counts trending in a way that signals staffing or onboarding capacity needs?
