The Reports sub tab will automatically be selected.

Understanding This Report

What This Report Shows You

The Job Stats report displays one row per HCM user and dynamically generates columns for each pipeline stage, nomination stage, job type, and job status tier active in your system. Each cell shows a count of the relevant activities or jobs for that user within the selected date range. Clicking any count opens a secondary detail report showing the individual records — talent names, job IDs, activity types, and notes — that make up that number.

Why Use This Report

This report helps managers and team leads monitor recruiting productivity and answer key operational questions:

  • How many candidates has each recruiter moved through the pipeline this week?
  • Which nomination stages are seeing the most activity across the team?
  • How are job types distributed across users and offices?
  • Which users are working on jobs at each status tier?
  • Who is the most active on nominations or pipeline movements in a given period?
  • What does the detail behind a user's pipeline count actually look like?

Who Benefits From This Report

Different roles use this report to address specific operational and management needs:

Recruiting Managers: Monitor individual recruiter activity across pipeline and nomination stages, identify high performers, and ensure consistent throughput across the team during high-volume periods.

Branch Managers: Compare activity levels across users in their office, track job type and tier distribution, and align workload with staffing priorities.

Operations and Workforce Managers: Review job stat KPIs across divisions or regions to assess whether recruiting efforts are keeping pace with client demand.

Executive Leadership: Gain a high-level view of user productivity and recruiting activity trends across the organization within any defined time window.

Using Filters

Filters appear on the right side of your screen and help you focus on specific segments of your data. All filters default to "Include all" when you first open the report.

Available Filters

Filter Name What It Does When to Use It
Division Filters results to jobs associated with a specific employer or division. Use to review user activity within a single division rather than the full agency.
Region Narrows results to jobs in a specific region. Use to compare recruiter productivity across a particular geographic market.
Office Filters by the branch office associated with the job. Use when reviewing activity for a specific branch or comparing performance across offices.
HCM User Filters results to one or more specific HCM users. Use to focus the report on an individual recruiter or a subset of your team.
Job Type Filters by the type of job (e.g., Temporary, Direct Hire). Use to analyze user activity within a specific job category.
Pipeline Stage Filters by specific pipeline stage activities. Use to focus on a particular stage in the talent pipeline when reviewing user counts.
Nominate Stage Filters by specific nomination stage activities. Use to narrow results to a particular step in the nomination workflow.
Job Status Filters by the current status of the job. Use to limit results to active, filled, or other specific job statuses.
Date From / Date To Sets a custom start and end date applied to job created date and activity date. Use when you need a precise date window not covered by the Date Range presets.
Date Range Applies a preset date period (e.g., Yesterday, Today, This Week). Use for quick, recurring views without manually entering dates each time.

Note: When using Date Range, the Date From and Date To fields automatically disable. Select either Date Range or manually enter Date From and Date To — not both. The date filter applies to both job created date and activity date.

Applying Your Filter Selections

Reading the Data

Click any count in the report to open a secondary detail view showing the individual records behind that number. The fields displayed in the secondary report vary depending on which section you click into.

Teams can use weekly Job Stats reviews to keep workloads balanced across users and spot where additional support would help. The Tier and Job Type breakdowns let operations leaders validate that effort is being directed toward the right job categories and statuses for current business priorities — turning individual activity data into actionable team strategy.
