Understanding This Report

What This Report Shows You

The Enhanced Sales Stats by User report displays aggregate counts of sales activities organized by individual user and week ending date. Each row represents a user’s performance for a specific week, showing the number of jobs closed, new orders entered, and contact activities logged. The report includes drill-down capability into secondary detail reports for Activity, Closed jobs, and Orders — allowing managers to see the specific records behind the summary numbers.

Why Use This Report

This report helps sales managers, recruiters, and regional leaders monitor performance and answer critical questions:

  • How many jobs did each recruiter close this week compared to last week?
  • Which team members are generating the most new orders?
  • What is the activity volume for a specific recruiter over time?
  • How does performance compare across different offices or regions?
  • Who are the top performers on the sales team this month?
  • Which recruiters may need additional coaching or support?
  • What types of contact activities are being logged most frequently?

Who Benefits From This Report

Different roles use this report to address specific performance management needs:

Sales Managers: Track and evaluate performance of individual recruiters, compare team members side by side, identify high performers to recognize and areas needing improvement, and make data-driven coaching decisions.

Recruiters: Monitor their own performance week over week, understand personal activity levels relative to goals, and benchmark against peers to stay competitive and accountable.

Regional Managers: Assess performance across different regions and offices, identify high-performing areas to replicate best practices, and address underperforming branches with targeted support and resources.

Using Filters

Filters appear on the right side of your screen and help you focus on specific segments of your data. All filters default to “Include all” when you first open the report.

Available Filters

Filter Name What It Does When to Use It
Division Filters results to activities and jobs tied to a specific employer or division. Use to review sales stats for a single division rather than the full agency.
Region Narrows results to activities associated with a specific region. Use to assess performance within a particular geographic market.
Office Filters by the branch associated with the job, user’s home branch, or company (for new companies). Use when reviewing performance at the branch level.
HCM User Limits results to a specific user who created contact activities, is the sales rep on closed jobs, or entered new orders. Use to pull a performance view for a single recruiter or sales rep.
Date Range Provides preset date options: Yesterday, Today, This Week, Last Week, and other common ranges. Select a preset range for quick filtering.

Applying Your Filter Selections

  1. Click the edit icon next to any filter name to expand it.
  2. Make your selections by checking boxes or choosing from dropdowns.
  3. Click Apply to update the report with your filtered view.
  4. Click Cancel to discard changes and return to the previous filter state.

Reading the Data

The Enhanced Sales Stats by User report displays each user’s weekly performance as a separate row, with columns showing aggregate counts for closed jobs, new orders, and contact activities. Activity columns are dynamic — they display the contact activity types logged within your system, so the specific columns may vary based on how your organization tracks sales activities. Click on any count to drill down into the secondary detail report for that metric.

Primary Fields

Field Name Description
Name The HCM User’s name — the recruiter or sales rep whose performance is being tracked.
Week Ending The week end date in which the activities occurred. This date will always be the Sunday of the week.
Closed The number of jobs closed between the date range, tracked using audit or log data.
New Order The number of new jobs entered between the date range.
Activity Dynamically displays the Contact Activities and Tasks logged on a contact profile. Credited to the user attributed to the activity when logging it on a profile.

Practical Applications

The Enhanced Sales Stats by User report gives sales managers and regional leaders a clear, reliable view of individual recruiter performance — covering activity volume, jobs closed, and new orders — all in one place. Managers can filter by Division, Region, Office, or individual HCM User to focus on specific teams, and drill into secondary detail reports (Activity, Closed, Orders) to understand the story behind the numbers. Recruiters can use the report to track their own performance week over week and benchmark against teammates. Regional managers can compare performance across branches and identify both top performers and areas needing coaching. The week-by-week view makes it easy to spot trends, celebrate wins, and address performance gaps before they become larger issues.
