Enhanced Talent Activities Report

The Talent Activities Report displays comprehensive talent and job activities associated with talent records, pulling activity data directly from the Talent Record Activities tab. This Standard report provides detailed visibility into all recorded interactions, communications, and actions taken on talent profiles, enabling teams to track engagement, monitor activity history, and validate complete talent records.

Accessing the Report

  1. Click on Analyze Tab
    The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
  2. In the Search Reports field, type TALENT ACTIVITIES
  3. Click on the Talent Activities Report
Note: The report automatically loads with default filters set to "Include all." Data refreshes every 5 minutes to reflect current activity entries logged on talent records.

Understanding This Report

What This Report Shows You

The Talent Activities Report displays each recorded activity as a separate row with comprehensive information about the talent, the activity logged, and associated job details. Each row includes talent information (name, ID, status, contact details), activity details (type, subtype, date logged, date of activity, descriptive information), and related job information (company, title, contact, owners). This complete view allows you to audit activity history, track talent engagement, verify representative assignments, and maintain accurate talent record documentation.

Why Use This Report

This report helps you manage talent engagement and answer critical questions:

  • What activities have been logged on each talent record?
  • Which talents show consistent engagement and activity logging over time?
  • Who logged activities on specific talents and when were they recorded?
  • What is the relationship between talent activities and associated job opportunities?
  • Are all talent records maintaining complete activity documentation?
  • How many activities have been recorded by activity type or subtype?
  • Which representatives are engaged in specific talent activity workflows?

Using Filters

Filters appear on the right side of your screen and help you focus on specific segments of your data. All filters default to "Include all" when you first open the report.

Available Filters

Region All available regions Filters activities by the talent's geographic region
Branch All available branches Filters activities by the talent's branch location
HCM User All available HCM users Filters activities by the user who logged them
Activity Type All available activity types Filters by the category of activity logged (e.g., Call, Email, Meeting)
Activity Subtype All available activity subtypes Filters by the specific subcategory of activity within the selected type
Job Company All available job companies Filters activities associated with jobs at specific companies
Talent Name Free text field Searches for activities on specific talents by entering their name (Format: FirstName MiddleName LastName)
Date Type Activity Logged Date, Activity Date Determines which date the date range filters apply to: when the activity was recorded or when the activity occurred
Date From   Sets the start date for filtering activities based on the selected Date Type
Date To   Sets the end date for filtering activities based on the selected Date Type
Date Range Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, etc. Applies preset date ranges; automatically disables Date From and Date To when selected

Applying Your Filter Selections

  1. Click on the edit icon next to any filter name to expand it
  2. Make your selections by checking boxes or entering search text
  3. Click Apply to update the report with your filtered view
  4. Click Cancel to discard changes and return to the previous filter state
Note: When you select Date Range, the Date From and Date To fields automatically disable. Choose either Date Range or manually enter Date From and Date To—not both. The Date Type filter controls which date the date range filters reference: Activity Logged Date (when the activity was recorded in the system) or Activity Date (when the activity actually occurred).

Reading the Data

The Talent Activities Report displays each activity as a separate row with talent information, activity details, and associated job information. The extensive field list provides complete context about each recorded interaction, allowing you to export exactly the information you need for activity audits, engagement tracking, and talent management analysis.

Sales Representative Name of the sales representative associated with the activity

Credit To The user who nominated the talent for the job, listed in the "Nominated" section

Exporting Your Data

Export your report data to share with stakeholders, perform additional analysis, or maintain records outside of Avionté.

  1. Apply any filters you want to include in your export
  2. Click the three-dot menu icon (⋮) in the top right corner of the report area
  3. Select your preferred format from the Download submenu:
    • Image: Creates a visual snapshot of the report as currently displayed
    • CSV File: Exports raw data compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and database tools
    • PDF File: Generates a formatted document suitable for printing or formal distribution

Note: Your export will include only the data visible based on your current filter selections. To export all talent activities, ensure all filters are set to "Include all" before downloading.

Additional Export Options

The three-dot menu also provides options to repeat rows (useful for printing), merge rows, and other display customizations. These settings affect how your report appears on screen and in exports.
