Enhanced Standard Reporting is now available as an optional feature for your system.

Customizing and Sharing This Report

Columns: Use the column selector to show, hide, or reorder columns to match your workflow.

Filters: Your filter selections are remembered between sessions — the report opens with your last-used settings automatically.

Sharing (INSIGHTS users): You can duplicate, rename, and share customized versions of this report with team members, and schedule automated delivery by email. System-level reports remain unchanged and available to all users.

Sharing (Standard users): You can duplicate this report and customize filters for personal use. To share a customized version with your team, duplicate the report, apply your preferred filters, and share it directly with individual users. System-level reports cannot be modified or set as a default for all users. See Enhanced Standard Reporting Overview for more detail.

The Enhanced Contractor Snapshot Report provides a comprehensive view of all contractors actively working on positions during a specified date range. Use it to review placement details, bill and pay rates, talent contact information, and job assignments — giving you a complete picture of your workforce at any point in time.

Note: If you were a Business Intelligence user prior to 2022, contact your Account Manager for access.

 

Accessing the Report

  1. Click the Analyze tab.
    The Reports sub tab will automatically be selected.
  2. In the Search Reports field, type CONTRACTOR SNAPSHOT.
  3. Click Contractor Snapshot from the results list.
Note: The report automatically loads with all filters set to “Include all.” Data refreshes every 5 minutes to reflect current placement information.

Understanding This Report

What This Report Shows You

The Contractor Snapshot report displays each active placement as a separate row, showing contractor details alongside their job assignments, billing rates, and pay rates. The report captures placement extensions that are starting or ending within your selected date range, giving you a point-in-time view of your workforce. Each row includes talent contact information, job details, representative assignments, and rate information — everything you need to understand who is working where and at what rates.

Why Use This Report

This report helps your staffing and operations teams manage active placements and answer critical questions:

  • Which contractors are currently working on assignments?
  • What are the bill and pay rates for each placement?
  • Which placements are ending within a specific timeframe?
  • Who is the hiring manager for a specific job?
  • Which sales rep and recruiter are assigned to each placement?
  • What is the contractor’s contact information for a specific assignment?
  • How many contractors are placed with a specific company or in a specific region?

Different roles use this report to address specific staffing and operational needs:

Staffing Managers: Monitor active placements across their teams, track upcoming assignment end dates, and ensure adequate coverage for client needs by reviewing current contractor deployments.

Account Managers: Review all contractors placed with their assigned clients, verify bill rates, and prepare for client meetings with complete visibility into current workforce assignments.

Operations and Compliance Teams: Audit placement records, verify rate accuracy, and maintain oversight of contractor assignments across divisions and offices for compliance and operational reporting.

Executive Leadership: Gain visibility into total contractor workforce deployment, staffing trends across the business, and workforce distribution by region, division, or client.

 

Using Filters

Filters appear on the right side of your screen and help you focus on specific segments of your data. All filters default to “Include all” when you first open the report.

Available Filters

Filter Name What It Does When to Use It
Division Filters by the job’s employer from all available employers in your system. Use when you want to view placements for a specific division or employer entity.
Region Filters by the job’s region from all available regions in your system. Use when you want to focus on placements within a specific geographic region.
Office Filters by the job’s branch from all available branches in your system. Use when you want to view placements managed by a specific office or branch.
Company Filters by the job’s company from all available companies in your system. Use when you want to see all contractors placed with a specific client company.
Date Range Provides preset date options: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, This Year, Last Year. Use for quick date selection without manually entering specific dates.

Applying Your Filter Selections

  1. Click on any filter dropdown to see available options.
  2. Select one or more values from the list.
  3. Click Apply to update the report with your selections.
  4. To clear a filter, click the X next to the selected value or choose “Include all.”

 

Reading the Data

The report displays placement and contractor information organized into logical categories. Below are the key fields available in this report:

Requisition The job’s requisition ID.
Contract Type The system job type associated with the position.
First Name The placement’s talent first name.
Last Name The placement’s talent last name.
Email The talent’s email address.
Phone The talent’s phone number.
Company The job’s company name.
Job Division The job’s employer.
Job Department The job’s department.
Job Title The job’s title.
Manager Name The job’s hiring manager.
Bill Rate The placement extension’s regular bill rate.
Pay Rate The placement extension’s regular pay rate.
Start Date The placement extension’s start date.
End Date The placement extension’s end date.
Client Rep The job’s sales representative.
Candidate Rep The placement extension’s recruiter representative.
Hired Date The placement extension’s hired date.
Office The job’s branch.
Division The job’s employer.
Region The job’s region.

Practical Applications

The Enhanced Contractor Snapshot Report supports a variety of workforce management activities. Use it to prepare for client business reviews by pulling all contractors currently placed with a specific company. Identify placements ending within the next two weeks to proactively address extension conversations or backfill needs. Review bill and pay rate consistency across similar job titles or departments. Verify recruiter and sales rep assignments to ensure proper commission tracking and account ownership. Generate end-of-month workforce summaries for executive reporting by filtering to specific divisions or regions.

 

Exporting Your Data

Export your report data to share with stakeholders, perform additional analysis, or maintain records outside of Avionté.

  1. Apply any filters you want to include in your export
  2. Click the three-dot menu icon (⋮) in the top right corner of the report area
  3. Select your preferred format from the Download submenu:
    • Image: Creates a visual snapshot of the report as currently displayed
    • CSV File: Exports raw data compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and database tools
    • PDF File: Generates a formatted document suitable for printing or formal distribution

Note: Your export will include only the data visible based on your current filter selections. To export all jobs for the period, ensure all filters are set to "Include all" before downloading.


Additional Export Options

The three-dot menu also provides options to repeat rows (useful for printing), merge rows, and other display customizations. These settings affect how your report appears on screen and in exports.


Refreshing the Report

Report data refreshes automatically in the background. However, if you want to see the most current information immediately after changing filters or if you know jobs have been created or updated, you can manually refresh.

  1. Locate the circular arrow icon above the filter panel on the right side

  2. Hover over the icon to see it expand and display the word "UPDATE"
  3. Click the icon to re-run the report based on your current filter selections

The report will reload with the latest data from your database, reflecting any new jobs, status changes, candidate activity, or updated information since you last viewed it.
