The report also surfaces 24/7 app engagement columns — Login Status, Work Access, Last Active Date, and Smart Link Text Sent Date — giving staffing teams a complete view of both placement details and app engagement in a single report.
Why Use This Report
This report helps staffing, recruiting, and sales teams monitor new hire activity and answer critical operational questions:

- Which newly started talent have activated 24/7, and who still hasn’t logged in?
- What is the VMS fee applied to each placement?
- Which placements came through specific branches, job types, or end reasons?

Practical Applications
The Enhanced Starts Report helps staffing and operations teams track new hire activity with precision. Recruiters can quickly pull all starts within a date range to verify placement data, confirm rates, and check which new talent have activated 24/7 and which still haven’t logged in — enabling timely onboarding follow-up. Sales reps can review their start activity by company to stay informed on account placements before client interactions. Branch managers can monitor volume and rate data across their locations, while finance teams can validate VMS fees, commission assignments, and billing details for each start. The ability to filter by company, user, branch, job type, or date range means the report adapts to virtually any operational review workflow.
