Creating New Folders and Moving Dashboards:
Additional features that have been added for better management of dashboards are (i) Search, (ii) Select Dashboards, (iii) Create New Folders
Example: A new Folder “For Distribution” was created and the duplicated dashboards was moved under that folder.
Republish:
After making any updates, changes or customization, the duplicated dashboard would have to be published. This would help the shared users to see the customization the owner made.
There are two ways the duplicated dashboard can be republished.
- From the dropdown after clicking on the 3 dots
- Clicking the Blue Banner icon on top right. It will show "Pending Republish. Recent changes were not published yet."
