Locating the Report

  1. Click on Analyze Tab
    The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
  2. In the Search Reports field, type MESSAGING
  3. Click on the Messaging Utilization

User usage of Pixel messaging (Live Chat and Conversations), assigned to any employed talent who are using messaging service

 

 

Filter Options

Filter Name Options Explanation
Division All available Employer List Use this filter to refine Employer of the Contact's Company/HCM User/Talent
Region All available Region List Use this filter to refine Region of the Contact's Company/HCM User/Talent
Office All available Branch List Use this filter to refine Office of the Contact's Company/HCM User/Talent
Recruiter All available recruiters HCM User that logged the interview
Message Type All available Message Types Message Type 
Show Summary By Message Type, Recruiter, Office Summary By Selection
Date From   Use this filter to refine Contact/HCM User/Talent's last login Date between the date range.
Date To  
Date Range Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, … When 'Date Range' is selected, 'Date From' and 'Date To' will be automatically disabled. The user will need to select either 'Date Range' or enter 'Date From' and 'Date To'.
