1. Click on Analyze Tab
   The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
2. In the Search Reports field, type CUSTOM JOB ORDER TEMPLATE INFO
3. Click on the Custom Job Order Template Info Report

Archived	Whether or not the template has been deleted
Template Name	The name of the template
Company Name	The name of the Company the template exists under
Job Title	Job Title associated with the template
Post Job to 24/7	Should the job be posted on 24/7 (Yes/No)
Locked Template	Whether or not the template is locked
Locked Markups	Whether or not the markups on the template are locked
Commission Allocation	Are commission allocations configured on the template?
Additional Transactions	Are additional transactions configured on the template?
Shift Schedule	Are shift schedules configured on the template?
Worker Comp Required	Are worker comp code(s) required on the template?
End Date Required	Is the end date a required field?
End Reason Required	Is the end reason a required field?
Job Type	What is the job type defined on the template?
Job Status	What is the job status defined on the template?
