Applicant Web Apply Source Tracking

Overview

This report analyzes the frequency with which applicants stick with their initial source when applying for a job. It provides insights into the total number of job applications made by applicants and how many of those applications were made through their first source. Additionally, it identifies the most frequently used applicant source for each applicant.

Locating the Analyze Report

1. Click on Analyze Tab
   The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
2. In the Search Reports field, type WEB
3. Click on the Applicant Web Apply Source Tracking Report

Filter Options

Filter Name	Options	Explanation
Division	All available Employer List	Use this filter to refine Employer of Applicant
Region	All available Region List	Use this filter to refine Region of Applicant
Office	All available Office List	Use this filter to refine Office of Applicant
Talent ID	Talent ID	This is a free text field that can be used to search for a particular talent (Applicant) by their ID
Applicant	Applicant’s Name	This is a free text field that can be used to search for a particular talent (Applicant) by Name
Group By	A List containing options: Talent (Set as Default) Most Recent Apply Source First Apply Source Used Most used Apply Source	This filter can be used to refine the report data as per the options selected.
Date From		Use this filter to refine the report data as per the Applied Date between the date range
Date To		Use this filter to refine the report data as per the Applied Date between the date range
Date Range	Options in the dropdown: None, Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, Last Week,  This Week, Next Month,etc.	When 'Date Range' is selected, 'Date From' and 'Date To' will be automatically disabled. The user will need to select either 'Date Range' or enter 'Date From' and 'Date To'.

Most Recent Apply Source	Name of the Source which was recently used to apply for a job
Most Recent Apply Date	Most Recent Apply Date
Applies using Most Recent Used Source	The count of applies using the most recent used source
Most Recent Apply Source Ratio	The ratio of Applies using Most Recent Used Source by Total Applies	It is calculated as Applies using Most Recent Used Source / Total Applies
First Apply Source Used	The first ever applied source that was used to apply for a job
First Apply Date	The First ever apply date for the applicant
Applies using First Used Source	Count of applies using the First Apply Source Used
Applies using Other Source(s)	Count of applies using other source excluding the First Apply Source
Total Applies	Total Number of applies
First Apply Source Used Ratio	The ratio of Applies using First Used Source by Total Applies	It is calculated as Applies using First Used Source / Total Applies
Most Used Apply Source	Name of the Source which was mostly used to apply for a job
Applies using Most Used Source	Count of applies using the most used Source
Most Used Apply Source Ratio	The ratio of Applies using Most Used Source by Total Applies	It is calculated as Applies using Most Used Source / Total Applies
Total Sources Used	Total number of distinct sources used

When the filter “Group By” is set as ‘Most Recent Apply Source’
