Talent Document Missing Report (BOLD Analyze)

This report populates with missing document types for talents between a selected date.

Locating the Analyze Report

1. Click on Analyze Tab
   The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
2. In the Search Reports field, type TALENT DOCUMENT MISSING
3. Click on the Talent Document Missing Report

 

 

Logic

This report populates with missing document types for talents between a selected date.

Filter Options

	Filter Name	Options	Description
	Division	All available Employer List	Use this filter to refine Talent's Employers
	Region	All available Region List	Use this filter to refine Talent's Regions
	Office	All available Office List	Use this filter to refine Talent's Offices
	Talent Status	All available Talent Statuses List	Use this filter to refine Talent's Status
	Document Title	%	Use this filter to refine Talent's Document Tile
	Document Type	All available Document Type List	Use this filter to refine Talent's Document Type. Can select one document type at a time.
	Date Type	List of Date Type: Talent Entered Date, Active Placement, Placement Date	Use this filter to refine Talent's Document by Date Type
	Date From		Use this filter to refine Talent's Document falling under the date range as per the date type selected
	Date To		Use this filter to refine Talent's Document falling under the date range as per the date type selected
	Date Range	Options in the dropdown: None, Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, Last Week,  This Week, Next Month,etc.	When 'Date Range' is selected, 'Date From' and 'Date To' will be automatically disabled. The user will need to select either 'Date Range' or enter 'Date From' and 'Date To'.
