Widgets are individual displays of strategic data designed to help you stay organized, provide insights into the metrics you care about, and select the data that is pertinent to your day-to-day activities. Widgets are displayed on myDashboard. 

Note: Facebook has removed their Jobs API and therefore our Facebook integration will no longer work.

Add a Widget

  1. Navigate to myDashboard.
  2. Click Add Widget.
  3. Widgets are categorized. Click a category to view its available widgets.
    The number in the category title indicates how many widgets are available in that category.

Today's Events

Events involving you that are scheduled for today.

Branches: Displays the list of branches to which you have access.

Users: Select a user to filter by the user who is associated with the Event. You can select one, multiple, or All users.

Events: Select an event type to filter by specific appointment types.

Latest Stages Only checkbox: Show only the activity related to a talent's most recent stage change

Future Events

Events involving you that are scheduled in the future.

This widget applies to future events associated with a candidate's Nomination stages.

Branches: Displays the list of branches to which you have access.

Users: Select a user to filter by the user who is associated with the Event. You can select one, multiple, or All users.

Events: Select an event type to filter by specific appointment types.

Latest Stages Only checkbox: Show only the activity related to a talent's most recent stage change

Past Events

Events involving you that are scheduled in the past.

Branches: Displays the list of branches to which you have access.

Users: Select a user to filter by the user who is associated with the Event. You can select one, multiple, or All users.

Events: Select an event type to filter by specific appointment types.

Latest Stages Only checkbox: Show only the activity related to a talent's most recent stage change

Events Calendar

Calendar of Events, Tasks, and Projects.

This is a great way to see an overview of your schedule.

Note: If you are sharing Tasks, then the Hotlists will also be shared.

 

Note: The Calendar is organized by color. Guide to the colors in the calendar.

Branches: Displays the list of branches to which you have access.

Users: Select a user to filter by the user who is associated with the Event. You can select one, multiple, or All users.

Events: Select an event type to filter by specific appointment types.

Checkboxes (Select which items you want to show on your calendar): Show Events, Show Projects, Candidate Starts: Contract Ends, Your Tasks

Minute Grain (Select the time increment used for your calendar): 5 Minutes, 10 Minutes, 15 Minutes, 2 0 Minutes, 30 Minutes, 60 Minutes

Timezone: Select the Timezone

Overdue Tasks

Tasks overdue that are assigned to you.

Tasks that are assigned to you that are past their due date. The widget groups tasks by type (Talent, Contact, etc).

Note: If you are sharing Tasks, then the Hotlists will also be shared.

Today's Tasks

Tasks today that are assigned to you.

This widget gives users the ability to see all tasks scheduled for that day that are assigned to them. Pertinent details such as with whom the task is scheduled, the activity that is scheduled, and what time the task is set for will be displayed. The widget groups tasks by type (Talent, Contact, etc).

Note: If you are sharing Tasks, then the Hotlists will also be shared.

Future Tasks

Future tasks that are assigned to you.

This widget gives users the ability to see all future scheduled tasks. The widget will also display with whom the task is scheduled, the activity that is scheduled, and what time the task is set for. The widget groups tasks by type (Talent, Contact, etc).

Key Performance Indicators and your personal performance comparison.

New Orders
(New Job Orders)

Chart of New Job Orders.

Pie chart that provides a visual representation of the number of jobs created per user over a specific date range.

Branches: Displays the list of branches to which you have access.

Users: Select a user to filter by the user who owns the job. You can select one, multiple, or All users.

Date Range: Yesterday, Week to Date, Last Week, Month to Date, Quarter to Date, First Quarter this Year, Second Quarter this Year, Third Quarter this Year, Fourth Quarter this Year, Year to Date, Last Year

New Talent

Talent that has been assigned to your jobs that you have not yet reviewed.

Displays Talent added to the Pipeline, Nominated, or Web Applicants sections of the Talent Screen for jobs on which you are the owner that you haven't yet reviewed. Click on a number in the widget to open the job's Talent Manager. Once the profile is previewed by clicking the Resume preview icon, or the profile is manually marked as viewed at the bottom of the mass actions menu list, the profile will no longer trigger as new Talent within this widget.

Open Orders

Shows a count of Orders that are about to start, but are not yet filled. 

Branches: Displays the list of branches to which you have access.

Users: Select a user to filter by the sales rep associated with the job. You can select one, multiple, or All users.

Job Types: Filter by a specific Job Type, select multiple types, or All.

Date Range: Today, Next 7 Days, Next 14 Days, 1 Month Past and Future, 3 Months Past and Future, 6 Months Past and Future, 12 Months Past and Future, All Open Orders 

Grouped Totals/Individual Totals: Toggle between these radio buttons to select whether the counter displays totals for each category or sub-divides each category by an individual user.
(Example: there are 40 open orders in the Minneapolis branch among 8 different recruiters. Grouped Totals will display 40 under the Branch category for Minneapolis, whereas Individual Totals will display multiple lines for the Minneapolis branch with the number of open orders separated by job owner)

Refundable Reqs

Reqs that are still eligible for refunds.

These are set up in the company profile. They are used for a direct hire position where a time period is negotiated.

If a person does not work out, users can get a refund on a job that was set up to have it scheduled (kind of like a warranty).

Refund schedule tag option is where this can be set up. This option will show all jobs that are eligible for a refund. This is shown on the company level, not the job level; it's set up based on the current date, and the refund is calculated.

 

Branches: Displays the list of branches to which you have access.

Companies: Displays the list of Companies to which you have access.

Talent Arrival Calls

Displays a count of assignments that are about to start or have recently started.

This widget displays these recent starts broken down by Branch and Entered By Users.

Branches: Displays the list of branches to which you have access.

Users: Select a user to filter by the user who Started the Talent. You can select one, multiple, or All users.

Date Range: Today, Next 7 Days, Next 14 Days

Grouped Totals/Individual Totals: Toggle between these radio buttons to select whether the counter displays totals for each category or sub-divides each category by an individual user.

Your Posted Jobs

Currently posted jobs where you are a job owner.

This widget allows you to view all the jobs which have been posted, on which you are the owner. This information is displayed across two tabs. The first tab, entitled “Your Posted Jobs,” will display the posted jobs of which you are the owner. The second tab, entitled “All,” will show every job that has been posted by your company, regardless if you are the owner or not.

In both tabs, you’ll see the job title and the company (both of which will be linked), the date in which it was posted, and all the external job boards it has been posted to. If you leverage any paid sites, with limited job slots, you will immediately see how many have been posted to those boards. You are also given the ability to “View” the post, which will take you to the Job Posting on your Career Page.

From this widget, you can view the posting, and jump to the Job or Company record.

Yours/All Toggle: Choose whether you want to view only posted jobs on which you are the owner or all jobs currently posted.

 

Talent

Name Description Filter Options
Background Checks
Shows Background Checks that have been Sent, Need Review, and Reviewed in a given time frame.
Shows the status and number of the background checks that were sent, ordered or completed. Users can click on a number on the widget to see an exact list of background checks that fall into that status. A fly-out will appear that allows the user to review specific background checks.
  • Ordered - Number of background checks submitted over the selected time frame. Background checks will be automatically removed from Ordered once there are results.
  • Needs Review - Background Checks that need to be reviewed by a recruiter. These Orders will have a state of "Not Reviewed" associated until a recruiter reviews and changes the state of the Background Check.

  • Completed - Background Checks that have been reviewed and have been given a pass/fail state.

(Must be using an integrated background check provider: Asurint or Choice)

 
Branches: Displays the list of branches to which you have access.

Users: Select a user to filter by the user who sent the task. You can select one, multiple, or All users.

Date Range: Today, Next 7 Days, Next 14 Days

Background Checks
Shows Background Checks that have been Ordered, Need Review and Completed in a given time frame.
Branches: Displays the list of branches to which you have access.

Users: Select a user to filter by the user who sent the task. You can select one, multiple, or All users.

Providers: Select the Provider (Asurint, Crimcheck or Choice)

Start Date: Enter the Start date

End Date: Enter the End date

Expiring Background Checks
Shows a list of Background Checks that are expired or will expire in a given time frame.
Displays the name, Package, Expiration date, and Report (if available)
You can quickly and easily re-order a background check directly from the Expiring Background Checks widget.

Date Range: Select Today, Next 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days.

Branches: Displays the list of branches to which you have access.

Users: Select a user to filter by the user who sent the task. You can select one, multiple, or All users.

Providers: Select the Provider (Asurint, Crimcheck or Choice)

Expiring Certifications
Find Talent Certificates that will expire

Branches: Displays the list of branches to which you have access.

Date Range: Select Today, Next 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days.

Active Contractors (Checkbox): Only Talent on an active Job

Expiring Talent Documents

Documents stored that are expiring.

Talent who have document(s) that have an expiration date within the selected date range. Use the filter to select the date range the widget should display.

Date Range: Today & Past Due, Within This Week, Within 2 Weeks, Within This Month, Within the Quarter, Within This Year
Expiring Talent Tags
Applicant tags that have expired or will be expiring soon.
Talent who have tag(s) that have an expiration date within the selected date range. Use the filter to select the date range the widget should display.
Date Range: Today & Past Due, Within This Week, Within 2 Weeks, Within This Month, Within the Quarter, Within This Year
Hotlist

Your personal Hot List of Candidates.

You can add talent to this widget by selecting Add to Hotlist from the talent's quick actions menu on their profile. Quickly view contact information for the talent or click the talent's name to open their record.

Note: If you are sharing Tasks, then the Hotlists will also be shared.

Last Contacted Applicants

The Last 40 applicants that you have contacted.

The Last 40 talent records on which you have logged an activity. The last Activity Type logged is listed on the widget along with a link to the talent's record.

Newest 50 Talent / Applicants

A list of the newest 50 applicants in your system.

This includes talent who have applied via the web, parsed in through a resume or the Echo plug-in, or added manually.

Branches: Displays the list of branches to which you have access.
Onboarding Tasks
Onboarding Tasks
Displays a counter of onboarding tasks which shows the number of tasks/packets that are in Sent, Action Required, or Completed statuses. Click on a number on the widget to view the specific talent who have tasks in that status.

Branches: Displays the list of branches to which you have access.

Users: Select a user to filter by the user who sent the task. You can select one, multiple, or All users.

Date Range: Today, Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days, Last 30 Days

Tasks/Packets: To filter the widget by specific tasks or packets, choose the Task or Packet radio button and then select one or more tasks or packets from the drop-down. 

Recruiting Stats

Recruiting Performance Indicators and your personal performance comparisons.

Displays key recruiting statistics compared to your personal performance in the form of a fraction. This widget displays your number of:

  • New talent added
  • Meetings (Events)
  • Submittals
  • Interviews
  • Offers
  • Offers Accepted by talent
  • Starts

Credit Type: Credit To (the user selected in the Credit To field in the Talent Manager), Author (the user who changed the nomination or pipeline stage)

Branches: Displays the list of branches to which you have access.

Date Range: Yesterday, Week to Date, Last Week, Month to Date, Quarter to Date, First Quarter this Year, Second Quarter this Year, Third Quarter this Year, Fourth Quarter this Year, Year to Date, Last Year

Web Tests

Now AviontéBOLD users who need the ability to see summary and detailed information regarding web tests can quickly and easily access this via their dashboard.

Your Auto-Shares that are currently active and sharing for jobs. 

Auto-Shares are set up in the Marketplace > Social section. Their users can connect them to their social profiles
