Solution
Remove and reinstate Avionté app connection to LinkedIn
Removing Avionté from LinkedIn
- Go to LinkedIn.com and click your profile image at the top right. Then, click Manage next to Privacy & Settings. (You may need to sign-in again.)
- Click Groups, Companies & Applications on the left, and then View your applications.
- Place check marks next to the apps you want to disconnect and click Remove below the list.
Reauthenticate
- Start at Partner Integration
- Have user reenter their account information under LinkedIn
- Select allow access
Confirming in LinkedIn
- Go to LinkedIn.com and click your profile image at the top right. Then, click Manage next to Privacy & Settings. (You may need to sign-in again.)
- Click Groups, Companies & Applications on the left, and then View your applications.
- Confirm Avionté is an active application
