LinkedIn Auto Share Troubleshooting

Problem

Auto-share is not posting to my LinkedIn news feed.

  • Post now can take up to 20 minutes

 

Solution

Remove and reinstate Avionté app connection to LinkedIn 

 

 

Removing Avionté from LinkedIn

  1. Go to LinkedIn.com and click your profile image at the top right. Then, click Manage next to Privacy & Settings. (You may need to sign-in again.)
  2. Click Groups, Companies & Applications on the left, and then View your applications.
  3. Place check marks next to the apps you want to disconnect and click Remove below the list.
 

Reauthenticate

  1. Start at Partner Integration
  2. Have user reenter their account information under LinkedIn
  3. Select allow access

 

Confirming in LinkedIn

  1. Go to LinkedIn.com and click your profile image at the top right. Then, click Manage next to Privacy & Settings. (You may need to sign-in again.)
  2. Click Groups, Companies & Applications on the left, and then View your applications.
  3. Confirm Avionté is an active application
