Configuration Sections
The 24/7 Settings interface organizes configuration options into four sections. Use the left sidebar to navigate between sections.
General
General marketplace settings control basic 24/7 app information and behavior.
Application Name: Your 24/7 mobile app's name as found in Apple App Store/Google Play Store.
Support Phone Number: The phone number displayed in-app when talent are instructed to contact their agency for support.
Support Email: The email address displayed in-app when talent are instructed to contact their agency for support.
From Email Address: The email address that 24/7 system generated emails will be delivered from.
Texting Enabled: Controls 24/7 SMS notifications such as welcome/job opportunity SmartLinks.
Landing Page: Controls which page users see upon logging into the 24/7 app. Options include Home, Work, Offers, Available, and Submitted.
Privacy Policy: The privacy policy presented to users when registering in the 24/7 app. Text should be in HTML format.
Terms Conditions: The terms and conditions presented to users when registering in the 24/7 app. Text should be in HTML format.
Applications
Application and welcome screen settings control the first-time user experience in the 24/7 app.
Welcome Screen Title: The title displayed to talent on the welcome screen when they first log into the 24/7 app.
Welcome Screen Message: The message presented to users before they land on the welcome screen in the 24/7 app.
Welcome Screen Validation: The fields users must validate upon landing on the welcome screen in the 24/7 app. Select required fields from the available options.
Apply Button: Controls the display of the apply button in the 24/7 app.
Remove Interest: Controls whether 24/7 users can withdraw previously submitted interest from a specific job opportunity.
Mobile Job Board Enabled: Enables or disables the Mobile Job Board feature. This setting is only visible in the Bold UI for branded 24/7 apps. Non-branded apps manage this setting on the backend, so the toggle will not appear here.
Committed Work & Opportunities
Committed work and job opportunity settings control availability logic and job display behavior.
Availability Matching Logic
This setting determines how the system evaluates whether talent is available for new job opportunities. Two options are available: Shift Based Matching and Placement Based Matching.
-
Shift Based Matching: Talent availability is evaluated at the shift level. The system checks if the new job's shift times conflict with any shifts the talent is already committed to. If there is no time conflict, the talent is considered available.
Example: A talent working Monday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM is available for a Monday evening shift (6:00 PM - 10:00 PM) or a Tuesday shift (any time). They are not available for a Monday shift (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) that conflicts with their existing shift.
-
Placement Based Matching: Talent availability is evaluated at the job date range level. The system checks if the talent's currently committed job dates overlap with the new job opportunity's date range. If there is no date overlap, the talent is considered available.
Example: A new job opportunity runs from 10/31/25 - 11/15/25. A talent committed to a job from 10/15/25 - 11/3/25 is not available (date ranges overlap from 10/31/25 - 11/3/25). A talent committed to a job from 10/10/25 - 10/25/25 is available (no date overlap).
Key Difference: Shift Based matching allows talent to work multiple jobs simultaneously as long as individual shift times don't overlap. Placement Based matching allows talent to work multiple jobs as long as the overall job date ranges don't overlap.
Job Timeout Settings
- Timeout Jobs: Controls whether unfilled jobs timeout based on the first shift or last shift timing. When enabled, jobs timeout based on the first shift. When disabled, jobs timeout based on the last shift.
- Use End Time Timeout Flag: Controls whether the start time or end time of the selected shift triggers the timeout. When enabled, jobs timeout at the end time of the shift. When disabled, jobs timeout at the start time of the shift.
These settings work together to create four timeout behaviors:
| Timeout Jobs | Use End Time Timeout Flag | Result |
| Enabled | Disabled | Timeout at the start of the first shift |
| Enabled | Enabled | Timeout at the end of the first shift |
| Disabled | Disabled | Timeout at the start of the last shift |
| Disabled | Enabled | Timeout at the end of the last shift |
Example: A job has three shifts (Monday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Tuesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Wednesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). With Timeout Jobs enabled and Use End Time Timeout Flag disabled, the job times out Monday at 8:00 AM. With Timeout Jobs disabled and Use End Time Timeout Flag enabled, the job times out Wednesday at 5:00 PM.
Additional Settings
Hide Address: Controls whether to display the full address of jobs in the job details. When enabled, only city and state are displayed. When disabled, the full street address is displayed.

Mobile Punch Enabled: Controls whether talent can punch in and punch out of committed work shifts in the mobile app.
Mobile Punch Meal Breaks Enabled: Controls whether talent can punch in and punch out of breaks during committed shifts in the mobile app.
Mobile Punch In Buffer: Defines how many minutes before a job's start time that a talent can clock in.
Mobile Punch In Prompt - Distance (meters): Defines the maximum distance that a committed talent can be from the worksite before receiving a clock-in prompt.

Mobile Punch Out Prompt - Distance (meters): Defines the minimum distance that a committed talent can be from the worksite before receiving a clock-out prompt.
Mobile Punch Out Prompt Buffer (Minutes): Defines the minimum number of minutes after a job's end time that a committed talent will receive a clock-out prompt (if beyond the distance set above).

Making Configuration Changes
- Navigate to the desired configuration section using the left sidebar
- Locate the setting you want to modify
- Make the desired configuration changes
- Click Save to apply changes
- Confirm the changes in the dialog that appears
- Changes take effect immediately
Note: Some fields may be disabled to prevent destructive changes to your 24/7 configuration. Contact Support if access to these fields is needed for your specific use case.
Safety Features
The 24/7 Settings configuration interface includes multiple protection mechanisms:
- Confirmation Dialogs: Settings changes trigger confirmation dialogs to ensure intentional modifications. This prevents accidental configuration changes that could impact 24/7 operations.
- Unsaved Changes Protection: Attempting to navigate away from the configuration page with unsaved changes triggers a warning dialog, preventing loss of work and ensuring all intended changes are properly saved.
- Undo Functionality: The configuration interface includes undo capabilities, allowing users to revert unsaved changes before final implementation.
Best Practices
- Review Before Saving: Always review configuration changes before confirming to ensure accuracy
- Test Impact: Consider testing configuration changes during low-activity periods when possible
- Document Changes: Keep records of significant configuration modifications for future reference
- Use Undo When Needed: Take advantage of the undo functionality if uncertain about changes
