The 24/7 Distribution section on the Candidate Management screen gives recruiters direct visibility into which talent received notifications for a 24/7 WORK job posting, how they were notified, and how they responded, all without leaving AviontéBOLD.
Key Takeaways
- View the full distribution list for any 24/7 WORK job, including notification method, timing, response status, and ranked order
- Move talent into Pipeline, Nominate, or Start directly from the distribution list, or decline them on their behalf
- Talent timelines use three unified activity types for mobile job responses: Mobile Job Opportunity Accepted, Mobile Job Opportunity Declined, and Recruiter Declined Mobile Opportunity
- Search by name or filter the list by Delivery Method, Opportunity Status, or Last Action
Finding the 24/7 Distribution Section
Open a job that has been posted to the 24/7 WORK app and navigate to the Candidate Management screen. The 24/7 Distribution section appears below the Matching Agent section.
The section is collapsible. BOLD saves the open or collapsed state per user, so your preference persists between sessions.
Impact on Interest Job Routing
Once the 24/7 Distribution section is available on an account, interest jobs no longer route automatically to Pipeline or Nominate. Instead, talent from interest jobs land in the 24/7 Distribution list, a stage before Pipeline or Nominate, similar to a refined web apply. A recruiter moves them forward from there using the Pipeline, Nominate, Start, or Decline action.
The Distribution List
Each row in the 24/7 Distribution section represents one talent who was included in the distribution for that job. The list defaults to sorting by Distribution Order, with the highest-priority talent at the top.
Appearing in the 24/7 Distribution list doesn’t place a talent in Pipeline, Nominate, or Start status. Talent sit in the distribution list on their own until a recruiter moves them forward. See Taking Action from the Distribution List.
Use the search field to find a talent by name, or click Filter to narrow the list by Delivery Method, Opportunity Status, or Last Action.

The section displays the following columns:
| Column | Description |
| Name | The talent's name. Click to open their profile. |
| Notification Delivery Method | The channel(s) used to notify the talent: Email, SMS, In-App, or any combination. Multiple channels appear slash-separated (for example, Email/SMS/In-App). |
| Notification Time | The date and time the talent was notified. Blank for talent who have not yet been notified. |
| Opportunity Status | The talent's current response: Accepted, Declined, Recruiter Declined, No Answer, or Not Yet Notified. |
| Applicant Last Action | The timestamp of the talent's most recent response. Blank if the talent has not responded. |
| Distribution Order | The talent's ranked position in the distribution. Higher numbers indicate higher priority: talent ranked #80 was reached before talent ranked #15. |
| Action | Inline buttons to move the talent forward. See Taking Action from the Distribution List. |
You can re-sort the list by clicking any sortable column header: Name, Notification Time, Applicant Last Action, or Distribution Order.
Opportunity Status Values
The Opportunity Status column reflects where each talent stands in the response process.
| Status | Meaning |
| Accepted | The talent accepted the job opportunity. |
| Declined | The talent declined the job opportunity. |
| Recruiter Declined | A recruiter declined the mobile opportunity on the talent’s behalf. This removes the talent’s interest in the WorkN app and sends them a notification. |
| No Answer | The talent was notified but has not yet responded. |
| Not Yet Notified | The talent is queued in the distribution but has not been notified yet. They will move to No Answer once the notification is sent. |
Taking Action from the Distribution List
Each row includes inline action buttons so you can move talent forward, or decline them, without leaving the Candidate Management screen.
- Pipeline: Adds the talent to the job's pipeline.
- Nominate: Nominates the talent for the job.
- Start: Starts the talent on the job.
- Decline: Declines the talent’s mobile opportunity on their behalf. This removes their interest in the WorkN app, sends them a notification, and updates their status to Recruiter Declined. BOLD also logs a Recruiter Declined Mobile Opportunity activity on the talent’s timeline.
An action icon greys out when it doesn’t apply to a talent’s current status. For example, Pipeline greys out for a talent who’s already pipelined, Nominate greys out for a talent who’s already started, and both Pipeline and Nominate grey out for a talent with a Recruiter Declined status.
Activity Timeline Entries
BOLD records 24/7 WORK responses and recruiter actions on the talent's timeline using three unified activity types:
- Mobile Job Opportunity Accepted: the talent accepted the opportunity.
- Mobile Job Opportunity Declined: the talent declined the opportunity.
- Recruiter Declined Mobile Opportunity: a recruiter declined the opportunity on the talent’s behalf from the 24/7 Distribution list.

The first two replace four separate legacy activity types that were previously used for 24/7 WORK responses. Existing timeline entries recorded under the legacy names remain intact and continue to display in reporting. Only new responses use the updated names.
If you have saved filters, reports, or automations built on the legacy activity type names, update them to reference the new names to ensure they continue capturing 24/7 WORK activity going forward.
