Customizing and Sharing This Report

Columns: Use the column selector to show, hide, or reorder columns to match your workflow.

Filters: Your filter selections are remembered between sessions — the report opens with your last-used settings automatically.

Sharing (INSIGHTS users): You can duplicate, rename, and share customized versions of this report with team members, and schedule automated delivery by email. System-level reports remain unchanged and available to all users.

Sharing (Standard users): You can duplicate this report and customize filters for personal use. To share a customized version with your team, duplicate the report, apply your preferred filters, and share it directly with individual users. System-level reports cannot be modified or set as a default for all users. See Enhanced Standard Reporting Overview for more detail.

Note: This feature is disabled by default. Customers who wish to enable this functionality should contact their Customer Success Manager or Account Manager to have it activated in their system settings.

The 24/7 SmartLink Detail report provides comprehensive talent-level information about SmartLink delivery, failures, and login activity through the 24/7 WORK mobile app. Track which talent successfully received SmartLinks, identify specific failure reasons for unsuccessful deliveries, and monitor new user login patterns and engagement timing. This detailed report offers deeper visibility into mobile communication effectiveness and helps you troubleshoot delivery issues.

Note: Reports load with the initial default. Once you adjust filters, the report remembers your selections for future sessions. If you see unexpected results, check your active filters in the right panel. The data you see depends on your security permissions—users with restricted access may see fewer SmartLink records than colleagues with broader visibility.

The 24/7 SmartLink Detail report displays talent-level information about SmartLink delivery through the 24/7 WORK mobile app. Each row shows the date and time of SmartLink activity, the division, region, and office associated with the talent, the talent's name with clickable link to their profile, and their contact information including email and phone number. The Display filter allows you to switch between viewing sent SmartLinks, failed SmartLinks, or new user logins, with each view providing relevant data for that activity type.

This report helps you manage day-to-day operations and answer critical questions:

  • Which talent received SmartLinks during a specific time period?
  • What are the email addresses and phone numbers for talent who received SmartLinks?
  • Which divisions, regions, or offices have the most SmartLink activity?
  • When were SmartLinks sent to specific talent (date and time)?
  • Which talent can I contact directly based on SmartLink delivery status?
  • How is SmartLink usage distributed across different office locations?
  • Which talent names and contact details do I need for follow-up after SmartLink delivery?

Different roles use this report to address specific operational needs:

HR Managers: Track SmartLink activity distribution across divisions, regions, and offices, monitor which locations are actively using mobile communications, and maintain accurate talent contact information by reviewing email addresses and phone numbers associated with SmartLink deliveries.

Recruiters: Access talent contact information quickly after SmartLink delivery, verify which of their assigned talent received mobile notifications, review SmartLink activity timing to plan follow-up communications, and maintain updated email and phone contact details for their talent pool.

Project Managers: Analyze SmartLink usage patterns across different offices and regions, coordinate mobile communication strategies by reviewing activity distribution, and track which branches are effectively leveraging the 24/7 WORK mobile app for talent engagement.

Finance Managers: Monitor mobile communication usage across divisions and offices for cost tracking purposes, validate that SmartLink investments align with organizational structure, and track activity patterns to optimize mobile communication budgets.

Filters appear on the right side of your screen and help you focus on specific segments of your data. All filters default to "Include all" when you first open the report.

Display Determines which data category is shown: # of Unique Sent SmartLinks, # of Unique Failed SmartLinks, or # of New User Logins Switch between viewing successful deliveries, failure analysis, or new login activity. Each display option may show different field variations optimized for that data type.

Note: The Display filter determines which data category you'll see in the report: sent SmartLinks, failed SmartLinks, or new user logins. The Smartlink Sent Date filter provides quick-select time periods to focus your analysis.
  1. Click on the edit icon next to any filter name to expand it
  2. Make your selections by checking boxes or choosing from dropdowns
  3. Click Apply to update the report with your filtered view
  4. Click Cancel to discard changes and return to the previous filter state

The 24/7 SmartLink Detail report displays talent-level SmartLink activity with core organizational and contact information. The report provides essential details to help you track SmartLink delivery, analyze activity patterns across your organization, and access talent contact information for follow-up.

The report displays 8 core fields that provide talent identification, organizational context, and contact information. The Display filter determines which SmartLink activity type is shown in these fields (sent SmartLinks, failed SmartLinks, or new user logins).

Region Geographic region for the talent's assignment

Talent Name Full name of the talent associated with the SmartLink activity

Email Talent's email address
Phone Talent's phone number where SmartLink was sent or delivery was attempted
Note: When you select different Display options (Sent SmartLinks, Failed SmartLinks, or New User Logins), additional fields specific to that activity type may appear, such as failure reasons for failed SmartLinks or login timing for new user logins.

Export your report data to share with stakeholders, perform additional analysis, or maintain records outside of Avionté.

  1. Apply any filters you want to include in your export
  2. Click the three-dot menu icon (⋮) in the top right corner of the report area
  3. Select your preferred format from the Download submenu:
    • Image: Creates a visual snapshot of the report as currently displayed
    • CSV File: Exports raw data compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and database tools
    • PDF File: Generates a formatted document suitable for printing or formal distribution

Note: Your export will include only the data visible based on your current filter selections. The Display filter determines which SmartLink activity type is exported (sent, failed, or logins). To export all SmartLink data, ensure all filters are set to "Include all" before downloading.

The three-dot menu also provides options to repeat rows (useful for printing), merge rows, and other display customizations. These settings affect how your report appears on screen and in exports.

Report data refreshes automatically in the background. However, if you want to see the most current information immediately after changing filters or if you know SmartLinks have been sent or login activity has occurred, you can manually refresh.

  1. Locate the circular arrow icon above the filter panel on the right side

  2. Click the icon to re-run the report based on your current filter selections

The report will reload with the latest data from your database, reflecting any new SmartLink activity, updated delivery status, or new logins since you last viewed it.
