What This Report Shows You
The Talent Document Report displays one row per talent-document combination, giving you a detailed view of every document record in the system. Each row captures the document's name, type, upload date, uploaded-by user, expiration date, visibility settings, and whether the document is present or flagged as missing. The report covers all date types — document entered date, talent entered date, active placement date, and placement date — so you can filter records to match the context that matters most for your compliance review.

Practical Applications
The Talent Document Report empowers your team to stay ahead of compliance requirements rather than react to them. Before a placement begins, recruiters can confirm all required documents are on file and flag missing records for collection. Compliance and HR teams can filter by expiration date to proactively identify documents approaching renewal deadlines, ensuring talent files stay complete without last-minute scrambles. Branch managers can filter by office or region to validate that document collection processes are being followed consistently across their teams. For audits, the report's detailed field set — including who uploaded each document and when — provides a clear, exportable record that demonstrates documentation rigor across the organization.
