Locating the Report

1. Click on Analyze Tab
   The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
2. In the Search Reports field, type ONBOARDING
3. Click on the Onboarding Compliance Report

Logic

Provides an overview of talent pending/completed onboarding tasks and placement status.

Field Details

Field Name	Description	Notes
Completed Documents	A list of completed onboarding documents
Completed Tasks	The number of completed onboarding tasks
EVerify Date	The date the EVerify was completed
First Name	The first name of the talent
I9 Completed	Whether or not the talent has a complete I9 document on their profile
I9 Validated Date	The date which the I9 was validated
Last Interview Date	The date of the most recent interview activity
Last Interviewer	The first and last name of the most recent interviewer
Last Name	The last name of the talent
Nominated	Whether or not the talent is currently nominated to a job
Past Job Count	The number of current/former placements the talent has in the system
Pending Documents	A list of sent but not completed onboarding documents
Pending Tasks	The number of sent but not completed onboarding tasks
Pipelined	Whether or not the talent is currently pipelined to a job
Rep Branch	The branch of the representative of the talent/applicant
Resume	Whether or not the talent has a resume in the system
Skill Code Count	The total number of skills added to a talent's profile
Started	Whether or not the talent is currently placed on a job
Talent Created Date	The date the talent was created in the system
Talent ID	The ID assigned to the talent in the system
Talent Last Activity Date	The date the last activity was logged on the talent profile
Talent Office	The office where the talent is registered
Talent Source	The source tag of the talent
Talent Status	The talent's current status
W4 Completed	Whether or not the talent has a complete W4 document (Federal W4 type) on their profile
