The Onboarding Compliance Report provides a comprehensive overview of talent onboarding progress, including pending and completed tasks, documents, and compliance items. Use it to monitor where talent stand in the onboarding process and take action before placements are affected.
Accessing the Report
- Click the Analyze tab
The Reports sub-tab will automatically be selected - In the Search Reports field, type ONBOARDING
- Click on the Onboarding Compliance Report

What This Report Shows You
The Onboarding Compliance Report displays each talent record as a separate row, capturing the full picture of their onboarding status in one place. You can see at a glance which tasks and documents are pending or completed, key compliance details like I9 validation and work authorization expiration, E-Verify status, and current placement information. The report also includes consent preferences, contract activity, and interview history—giving you a single source of truth for onboarding compliance across your talent pool.
Why Use This Report
This report helps you stay ahead of compliance requirements and answer critical questions:
- Which talent have pending onboarding tasks or documents that need follow-up?
- Whose work authorization is expiring soon and requires action before placement?
- Which talent have completed I9 validation and E-Verify, and when?
- Who is currently placed, nominated, or pipelined—and are they fully onboarded?
- Which talent are missing W4s, consent forms, or signed contracts?
- How many onboarding items remain outstanding across a specific office or date range?

Using Filters
Filters appear on the right side of your screen and help you focus on specific segments of your talent data.
Available Filters

| Date Range Type | Determines which date field the date filters apply to: Talent Created (default), I9 Validated Date, E-Verify Date, Talent Last Activity, or Last Interview Date | Change this before setting your date range to ensure you're filtering by the most relevant timestamp for your use case |

- Make your selections by checking boxes or choosing from dropdowns
- Some fields are required and prevent the report from running. Mostly regarding Dates.
- Click Run Report
Reading the Data
The Onboarding Compliance Report displays each talent as a separate row with comprehensive details covering their identity, compliance status, onboarding activity, placement history, and consent preferences. The extensive field list allows you to export exactly the information you need for audits, follow-up, or reporting.
Field Descriptions

| Rep Branch | The branch of the representative assigned to the talent |

| Talent Status | The talent's current status in the system |
| Current Placement Status | The talent's current placement state (e.g., Assigned, Permanently Placed, No Placement History, Not Assigned) |
| Resume | Indicates whether the talent has a resume on file in the system |
| W4 Completed | Indicates whether the talent has a complete Federal W4 document on their profile |
| W-2 Electronic Consent | Indicates whether the talent has opted in for W-2 electronic consent |
| Expressed Email Consent | Shows Yes or No based on whether the talent has given expressed email consent |
| Text Message Consent | Shows the talent's text message consent preference: No Response, Opt In, or Opt Out |
| Td1 Federal Completed | Indicates whether the talent has a complete Federal TD1 on their profile |
| I9 Completed | Indicates whether the talent has a complete I9 document on their profile |
| I9 Validated Date | The date the talent's I9 was validated |
| Work Authorization Expiration Date | The expiration date of the talent's work authorization. Use this field to proactively identify talent whose authorization is approaching expiration before it impacts placement eligibility. |
