Audit Log Report

The Audit Log Report provides a comprehensive record of all activities and changes made within the application across different areas of the system. This centralized report allows users to view audit activity for Jobs, Placements, Companies, and User Accounts from one location instead of checking each area individually.

Locating the Report

1. Click on the Analyze Tab
   The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
2. In the Search Reports field, type AUDIT LOG
3. Click on the Audit Log Report

Logic

The Audit Log Report provides a comprehensive record of all activities and changes made within the application across different areas of the system. This centralized report allows users to view audit activity for jobs, placements, companies, and user accounts from one location instead of checking each area individually.

Filter Options

	Filter Name	Options	Explanation
	Division	List of all Employers	Filters User's Employers
	Region	List of all Regions	Filters User's Regions
	Office	List of all Offices	Filters User's Offices
	Entity	List of options: Talent, Company, Contact, Job and Placement	Use this filter to easily select which types of items (entities) to review audit history for across different system areas
	Entity Field	List of options depending upon the selected Entity	Use this filter to refine audit log by Entity Fields.  To view audit activity for talent date fields, open the Entity Field dropdown and select Talent Dates. The report will return audit actions related to Available Date, Hire Date, Rehire Date, and Termination Date — the date fields housed under a talent's Operational Info.    Note: Talent Dates is an additive option and does not affect other filter selections.

Division	Talent's Division
Region	Talent's Region
Office	Talent's Office
Entity	Entity (like Talent, Company, Contact, Job, Placement)
EntityID	Entity's unique ID
EntityName	Name of the Entity	Depending on the entity type and field, the redirect link may differ. For example, for a Talent entity, clicking on the EntityName will take you to the Talent's screen, while for a Placement entity, it will take you to the Job screen.
EntityType	Sub grouping of the Entity
FieldName	Name of the field where the value was altered	The report tracks comprehensive field changes including:  For Company, Talent, Contact: Address changes, Name changes, Office changes.  or Job, Placement: Start Date, Hired Date, Pay Rate, Placement Office
AuditAction	Action taken on the field name (such as update, delete, etc.)
OldValue	Old value
NewValue	Updated Value
DateChangedUTC	The date and time (UTC) when the value was changed
ChangedBy	Full name of the user who changed the value
