Overview

This report provides comprehensive details regarding an online applicant, gathering information from the Talent during the Web Apply process. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: This report will only show results from the internal Avionte Career Page. Third party sites such as Indeed will not be reflected in this report.

Locating the Report

1. Click on Analyze Tab
   The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
2. In the Search Reports field, type online
3. Click on the Online Applicant Report

This report gives detailed information about an online applicant.

Filter Options

	Filter Name	Options	Description
	Division	All available Employers List	Filter Talent's Employer
	Region	All available Region List	Filter Talent's Region
	Office	All available Office List	Filter Talent's Office
	Talent Name	Free Text	Filter Talents based on Name
	Talent Status	All available Talent Status List	Filter Talent's Status
	Application Status	Both, Complete, Incomplete	Filter Talents based on Application Status
	Date From		Filters Talents falling under the date range
	Date To
	Date Range	Options in the dropdown: None, Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, Last Week,  This Week, Next Month, etc.	When 'Date Range' is selected, 'Date From' and 'Date To' will be automatically disabled. The user will need to select either 'Date Range' or enter 'Date From' and 'Date To'.

WOTC	Talent's WOTC  (Yes/No)	Displays yes if the talent has completed WOTC
