Locating the Report

1. Click on Analyze Tab
   The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
2. In the Search Reports field, type DUPLICATE
3. Click on the Duplicate Talent Report

Logic

This report provides duplicate records of talent by Email or SSN.

Filter Options

	Filter Name	Options	Explanation
	Show Duplicate By	SSN, Email	Use this filter to show duplicate records by SSN or Email
	Include Archive Records	Yes, No	Use this filter to refine archived talents
	Date Type	Talent Created Date, Active Placement	Use this filter to refine Talents by Date Type
	Date From		Use this filter to refine Talent's falling under the date range as per the date type selected
	Date To
	Date Range	None, Today, Tomorrow, …	When 'Date Range' is selected, 'Date From' and 'Date To' will be automatically disabled. The user will need to select either 'Date Range' or enter 'Date From' and 'Date To'.
