Locating the Report

1. Click on the Analyze Tab
   The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
2. In the Search Reports field, type JOB DETAIL
3. Click on the Job Detail Report

Displays the overall job details, over a given date range, regardless of Order Status

Filter Options

	Division	All available Employers List	Use this filter to refine Job's Employers
	Region	All available Region List	Use this filter to refine Job's Region
	Office	All available Branch List	Use this filter to refine Job's Office
	Company	All available Companies	Use this filter to refine Job's Companies
	Job Owner	All available Job Owners List	Use this filter to refine Job's Owner
	Sales Rep	All available HCM Users	Use this filter to refine Job's Sales Rep
	Job Type	All available Job Type List	Use this filter to refine Job Type
	Job Status	All available Job Status List	Use this filter to refine Job Status
	Date Type	Options: Job Created Date, Job Start Date	Use this filter to refine the Date Type of Job
	Date From		Use this filter to refine Jobs falling under the date range as per the date type selected
	Date To
	Date Range	Options in the dropdown: None, Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, Last Week,  This Week, Next Month, etc.	When 'Date Range' is selected, 'Date From' and 'Date To' will be automatically disabled. The user will need to select either 'Date Range' or enter 'Date From' and 'Date To'.

Web Applicants	Number of web applicants on the Job
Pipelined Candidates	Number of pipelined talents on the Job
Submittals	Total number of submitted talents
Interviews	Total number of interviewed talents
Offers	Total number of talents that have/received offer
Offer Approvals	Total number of  talents that have/received and approved offer
Candidates Declined	Total number of  talents that have/received and declined offer
Notes	Job's Notes
Posted 24/7 Jobs	Shows yes if the job is posted to 24/7.
