Timesheet manager views

This article will cover how to enter time, submit and approve Timesheets.  Several options can be further customized.

Timesheet Manager

Talent View

This view is how it looks for Talent when they are logged in to AviontéBOLD.

• The screen displays all the Timesheet options for the current Job(s)

Hiring Manager View

This view is how it looks for Hiring Managers.

• There are 2 sections:
  • Timesheets awaiting your approval
    • These are Timesheets that the Talent has submitted
  • Search for Timesheets
    • These are all the Timesheets the Hiring Manager has access to

Search

1. Click Timesheet Tab
2. Select all the necessary options to filter your search
   1. Company: The name of your Company
   2. Job Status: Select from All, Active, or Expired jobs
   3. Contractor: Select to display all or a single talent
   4. Time Select: Select the appropriate Week End for the Timesheets
   5. Date Range: Enter dates to show all the Timesheets approved, rejected, or not submitted.
      
      
      
      
3. Click the View Timesheet button (to see additional details for that Timesheet)
   1. You can click on the Position, Consultant, or Company items to open their respective records.
      
      

You can also review whether the contractor has submitted Events, Notes, Expenses, or Leave. 

Next, the Hiring Manager selects to Approve Timesheet or Reject Timesheet; this allows them to include notes if necessary. 

Note: Any notes saved on the Timesheet, whether from the Talent or Timesheet Approver/Hiring Manager, will be visible to each other.

Your Timesheets

Hiring managers can click on the Timesheet Tab to view all current timesheets awaiting their approval or can filter on all, active or expired timesheets. 

1. Click the Timesheet Tab
2. Your timesheets, awaiting approval, are on top
   1. You can search for specific Timesheets below the Timesheet Manager section
      
      
      
      
3. If you go to the section below (Search), it will only show you the options you have available:
   
   

You can also review whether the contractor has submitted Events, Notes, Expenses, or Leave. 

The Hiring Manager will Approve Timesheet or Reject Timesheet allowing them to include notes if necessary. 

Note: Any notes saved on the Timesheet, whether from the Talent or Timesheet Approver/Hiring Manager, will be visible to each other.

Click the Approve Timesheet button.
