Set up Timesheet Time Capture method

The Time Capture method can be set up on a Company or an individual Job.

Set up Time Capture on a Company

Changing the Time Capture method on a Company does not change the Time Capture on existing Jobs.

1. Go to the Company record
2. Click the Edit icon for the Operational Information widget
   
   
   
   
3. Select an option from the Time Capture Method field.  Click on the links below for more information: 
   1. Timesheets
   2. Batch Hours
   3. Group Time
4. Click the Save icon
   
   

Set up Time Capture on a Job

1. Go to the Job record
2. Click on the Edit icon for the Operations & Financials widget
   
   
   
   
3. Select an option from the Time Capture Method field.  Click on the links below for more information:
   1. Timesheets
   2. Batch Hours
   3. Group Time
4. Click the Save icon
