Activate on a Company

You can determine what companies you would like to default to utilize Timesheets.  When this is selected on a Company all newly created jobs moving forward will be set up for Timesheets.

  1. Go to the Company that you want to setup the Batch hours for.
  2. Click on the Edit icon for the Operational Information widget.

  3. Select the Timesheet from the Time Capture Method field.
  4. Click on the Save icon

Activate on a Job

You can also set an individual job, after it has been created, to use timesheets instead of an alternate capture method, even if the Company is set to that other method.

  1. Go to the Job that you want to setup the Timesheet for.
  2. Click on the Edit icon for the Operations & Financials widget

  3. Select the Timesheet from the Time Capture Method field.
  4. Click on the Save icon
