Add Attachments to Email Templates

Do you want to attach documents to certain email templates? Utilize Avionté's SMTP feature to easily use email templates with a document saved to them! No more remembering which document needs to go with which email.

Key Takeaways

  • Avionté's SMTP feature allows users to seamlessly attach documents to email templates, eliminating the need to remember which document corresponds to which email.
  • The Email Template Editor in Avionté enables the creation or editing of templates, with the option to upload and attach documents, ensuring efficient and organized communication.
  • While attachments in emails from within Avionté are limited to a combined 3 MB and may not appear in a talent's activity log, external emails (e.g., Outlook or Gmail) will log the first 3 attachments, with only Word documents and PDFs visible in the talent's activity log.

Email Attachments & Activities

Attachments cannot exceed 3 MB combined. Therefore, if there is more than one attachment, the file sizes cannot exceed 3 MB when added together.

It's important to note that emails that are sent with attachments from within Bold to talent will NOT have attachments appear on a talent’s activity log. If an email has more than 3 attachments, the system will still send all of the attachments without any error or issue. The attachments still do not appear in a talent’s activities in Bold.

Emails sent from outside of Avionté (Outlook or Gmail) will successfully send to the talent, but will only log the first 3 attachments on the talent’s activity log. However, only Word documents and PDFs will appear as attachments on a talent’s activity log. Image files and other file types will not appear.
