The Sales Stats report is a great way to learn about Sales performance and compare the productivity, either individually or as a group. This report can be filtered down by User Division, Region, Office, Recruiter, Stat Type, Subtype, Activity Name, and Activity Date. Use this report to manage your Sales efforts and set KPIs to make sure they are hitting their marks in respect to reaching out to companies and contacts and getting those jobs filled.
Understanding the Filters
- Recruiter Division– Narrow down by the Division to which the user is assigned.
- Recruiter Region– Narrow down by the region, which is a subsection to the division, to which the user is assigned.
- Recruiter Office – Narrow down by the home office of the user.
- Recruiter – The user receiving credit for the activity. This pulls from the "User" field when logging an activity or task.
- Activity Type- Narrow down by job or contact activities.
- Activity Sub Type – Narrow down by the activity category. (e.g. Pipeline/Under Consideration stages, declines, applicant/talent activities, etc)
- Activity Name - The type of activity logged. You can narrow down by contact activities and tasks.
- Activity Date - The date the activity takes place. Keep in mind that if an activity is logged today but the action takes place next week, it will count it as next week.
Understanding the Data: (By column)
- Month
- This displays the month of the specific activities. This column is depended upon the Activity Date filter.
- Week Ending
- The week-end date in which the activities occurred. This date will always be the Sunday of the week.
- Contact Activity
- This section of data display the Contact Activities and Tasks logged on a contact profile. The individual Activities are listed below the Contact Activity header. The individual activities can be filtered down by using the Activity Name filter.
- This data is credited by the user attributed to the activity when logging the activity on a profile

- New Order
- The number of new jobs created in which the user is the Sales Rep on the Job Details page of the position.
- Contract Ends
- This section shows the number of contracts ended under the specified Salesperson. There are a few sub-categories and these numbers pull from the Sales Rep on the Job Details page of the individual position.
- Contract Ends - Extension
- Shows the number of contracted that ended due to an extension.
- Contract Ends - Termination
- Shows the number of Contract Ends due to a termination reason.
- Contract Ends - Extension
- This section shows the number of contracts ended under the specified Salesperson. There are a few sub-categories and these numbers pull from the Sales Rep on the Job Details page of the individual position.
- Hired Extensions
- ? How is this different than Contract End Extensions?
- New Starts
- This section shows you the number of starts on the jobs where the user in the Sales rep. It can display an original start or a Contract to Perm conversion.
- New Starts - Extension?
- This section shows you the number of starts on the jobs where the user in the Sales rep. It can display an original start or a Contract to Perm conversion.
Using the Data
Managers can use this report to analyze past data and understand how their Sales team is performing. By viewing data on an individual or group level, they can see their recruiter's performance number and how they are performing in comparison to other recruiters.
