Create and Edit your Contract Types
Start by configuring your Company Contract Types within the Table Editor.
- Click on Account & Settings
- Click on Table Editor
- Search for and click on Company Contract Types on the left.
- Add a name to the New Item field.
- Click on the Add button.
- Top right Success: 'New Item Name' has been added successfully. will confirm addition.
Updating and Viewing Contracts Statuses
Navigate to the Documents tab on the Company overview page. You can log the status of each contract by selecting the check marks as seen below. You can keep track of pending documents that require signature by selecting the "Sent" box.
You can identify pending documents as they will appear as a gray label, with the date stamp when the "Sent" box was originally clicked.
The selection is then fed into the company profile view
