This report allows you to select only the KPIs/metrics that matter. Drill down into each activity and view the time stamp, as well as any applicable notes.

Locating the Report

1. Click on Analyze Tab
   The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
2. In the Search Reports field, type ADVANCED
3. Click on the Recruiting Advanced Stats Report

Logic

Highly configurable report of recruiting activities searchable by date range and viewed by variable day spreads.

This report allows you to select only the KPIs/metrics that matter. Drill down into each activity and view the time stamp, as well as any applicable notes.

Note: The report will load quicker if you select specific Activities instead of all of them.

Filter Options

	Filter Name	Options	Description
	Division	All available Employer list	Name of the division associated with the job Note: not every account will have divisions enabled
	Region	All available Region list	Name of the region associated with the job; e.g. “North America”
	Office	All available Branch list	Name of the office associated with the user; e.g. “San Francisco”
	HCM User	Options: Credit To Talent Representative	All active HCM Users
	Applicant Activities	All available HCM User  list	Type of Activity
	Date From	All available Talent Activities List	Use this filter to refine talent nominated date between the date range.
	Date To
	Display		Display grouping options
	Date Range		When 'Date Range' is selected, 'Date From' and 'Date To' will be automatically disabled. The user will need to select either 'Date Range' or enter 'Date From' and 'Date To'.
