Sales Activities Report

This report provides a detailed account of contact activities, including activity type and corresponding notes. Sales representatives can use this report to track their interactions with clients, including meetings, calls, and emails, while recruiters and account managers can monitor their engagements with candidates and clients. This helps in maintaining communication logs, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups, ultimately enhancing customer relationships and improving overall sales and recruitment effectiveness.

Locating the Report

  1. Click on Analyze Tab
    The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
  2. In the Search Reports field, type SALES ACTIVITIES
  3. Click on the Sales Activities Report

Detail account of contact activities with basic activity information such as activity type and corresponding notes.

Filter Options

Division All available Employers

Filters Employer of User (Job's Sales Rep for Job with Job Activity or User entering Hiring Managers' Activity)

Note: not every account will have divisions enabled

Region All available Regions Filters Region of User (Job's Sales Rep for Job with Job Activity or User entering Hiring Managers' Activity)
Office All available Branches Filter Branch of User (Job's Sales Rep for Job with Job Activity or User entering Hiring Managers' Activity)
Company All available Companys Filters Company of Hiring Manager (associated to Job and having an Activity  or Hiring Managers' Activity)
Contact Activity Type All available Hiring Manager's Activities Filters Hiring Manager's Activity
HCM User All available HCM Users Filters Job's Sales Rep for the Job (with Job Activity or User entering the Hiring Managers' Activity)
Date From   Hiring Manager's or Job's Activity Start Date (compared with Activity Entered Date)
Date To   Hiring Manager's or Job's Activity End Date (compared with Activity Entered Date)
Date Range None, Yesterday, Today, ... When 'Date Range' is selected, 'Date From' and 'Date To' will be automatically disabled. The user will need to select either 'Date Range' or enter 'Date From' and 'Date To'.

Type of Activity Pulls all selected hiring manager activities. It also pulls Job activity type, Submitted related to the job where the hiring manager is associated only when All is selected on Contact Activity Type.  
Activity Notes Company's Hired Talent for the Job and Job Title  
User Branch Branch of Job's Sales Rep for the Job (with Job Activity or User entering the Hiring Managers' Activity)  
Company Office Company's Branch
