The Latest Candidate Stages report gives recruiters and managers a high-level view of where candidates stand across nomination and pipeline stages. It also supports drill-down into both nomination and pipeline details for deeper review of individual applicant progress.
Customizing and Sharing This Report
- Columns: Use the column chooser to add, remove, or reorder fields displayed in the report.
- Filters: Save your filter selections as a named view for quick access in future sessions.
- Sharing (INSIGHTS users): Share customized report views with other users in your organization directly from the report.
- Sharing (Standard users): Export your data and distribute it manually. For details, see the Enhanced Standard Reporting Overview article.
Accessing the Report
- Click on the Analyze Tab
The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected - In the Search Reports field, type LATEST
- Click on the Latest Candidate Stages Report

The Latest Candidate Stages report displays a summary of candidates organized by their most recent nomination and pipeline stage. Each row represents an individual candidate's current standing, with counts grouped by stage so you can see at a glance where your talent pool is concentrated. The report also provides drill-down access to Pipeline Details and Nomination Details secondary reports for a closer look at individual records.

- How many candidates are in each nomination stage right now?
- Which pipeline stages have the highest concentration of applicants?
- Which jobs or companies have candidates stalled in early stages?

Using Filters
Filters appear on the right side of your screen and help you focus on specific segments of your data. All filters default to "Include all" when you first open the report.

Applying Your Filter Selections
- Click on the edit icon next to any filter name to expand it
- Make your selections by checking boxes or choosing from dropdowns
- Click Apply to update the report with your filtered view
- Click Cancel to discard changes and return to the previous filter state
Reading the Data
The Latest Candidate Stages report displays each candidate as a separate row with comprehensive details about their nomination stage, pipeline stage, associated job, company, and recruiter credit. The report also provides drill-down access to secondary reports for deeper review of individual nomination and pipeline records.

Secondary Reports
After running the report, two drill-down options are available at the bottom of the results:
Pipeline Details: Scroll to the Pipeline Details section to see a full breakdown of candidates in each pipeline stage, including individual applicant records.
Nomination Details: Scroll the Nomination Details section to view individual nomination records with full candidate and job context.

Exporting Your Data
Export your report data to share with stakeholders, perform additional analysis, or maintain records outside of Avionté.
- Apply any filters you want to include in your export
- Click the three-dot menu icon (⋮) in the top right corner of the report area
- Select your preferred format from the Download submenu:
- Image: Creates a visual snapshot of the report as currently displayed
- CSV File: Exports raw data compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and database tools
- PDF File: Generates a formatted document suitable for printing or formal distribution
Additional Export Options
The three-dot menu also provides options to repeat rows (useful for printing), merge rows, and other display customizations. These settings affect how your report appears on screen and in exports.
Refreshing the Report
Avionté automatically refreshes report data every 5 minutes. However, if you want to see the most current information immediately after changing filters or if you know candidate stages have been updated, you can manually refresh.
- Locate the circular arrow icon above the filter panel on the right side
- Hover over the icon to see it expand and display the word "UPDATE"
- Click the icon to re-run the report based on your current filter selections
The report will reload with the latest data from your database, reflecting any new candidates, updated stage assignments, or logged activity since you last viewed it.
