Locating the Report

1. Click on Analyze Tab
   The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
2. In the Search Reports field, type USER ACTIVITY
3. Click on the User Activity Report

Field Name	Description	Notes
Name	Talent Name or Contact Name based on Activity Type
Activity Name	Talent activity or Contact activity. If the activity type is contact activity, - Sales is concatenated at the end and if the activity type is talent activity, - Recruiter is concatenated at the end.	If there are duplicate activities type and one of them is the system activities the system activities will show System at the end

Secondary Report (Details)

If you click on one of the links (#s), then a new report will appear below with details about the Activity.

Date	Contact Activity Created Date or Talent Activity Created Date based on Activity Type Talent Activity Logged or Actual Activity Date based on Activity Type
Name	Talent Name or Contact Name based on Activity Type
Company	Job's Company Name
Requisition	Job's Requisition ID	These two columns are displayed only if the user clicked on activity type = 'Recruiter'
Requisition ID	Job ID (in the URL)
User	HCM Users Name (Only First Letter of FirstName and First Letter of LastName) based on Activity Type
Activity	Activity Type Name
Notes	Contact Notes or Talent Notes based on Activity Type
