Locating the Report

  1. Click on Analyze Tab
    The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
  2. In the Search Reports field, type ADDITIONAL
  3. Click on the Additional Transactions Report

Field Details

Field Name Description Notes
Name Name of Users entering the activities  
Stage - Pipeline Dynamically shows count for multiple columns for each pipelined stage used on Job  
Stage - Nominate Dynamically shows count for multiple columns for each nominated stage used on Job  
Job Types Dynamically shows count for multiple columns for each Job Types used on Job   
Tier Dynamically shows count for multiple columns for each Job Status used on Job   

 

 

Secondary Report (Details)

If you click on any of the links (numbers) then a secondary report will appear below it with details.

Note: The fields in the Secondary report will vary based on the option selected, above.

Fields in Job Stats Report are shown dynamically. Each section have its own field. For Example; If the user clicks on Tier section, then the allocated fields for tier section pops up.

User  HCM Users Name (Only First Letter of FirstName and First Letter of based on Activity Type LastName)
