Locating the Report

1. Click on Analyze Tab
   The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
2. In the Search Reports field, type HOURS BY
3. Click on the Consultant Hours By Date Report

Logic

Aggregate totals of consultant hours by job given a specified date range along with basic job and pay/bill rate information.

Filter Options

	Filter Name	Options	Explanation
	Division	All available Employers	Filters Job's Employer
	Region	All available Regions	Filters Job's Region
	Office	All available Branches	Filters Job's Branch
	Company	All available Companys	Filters Job's Company
	Date From		Start date for filtering timesheet data
	Date To		End date for filtering timesheet data
	Date Range	Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, ...

Note: The Date From and Date To filters use the exact dates entered in the parameters. The report does not automatically group data by full weeks or adjust to week boundaries (Monday-Sunday). For example, entering 10/12/2025 to 10/19/2025 will show only hours recorded within those specific dates, not the full weeks containing those dates.
