Talent Questionnaires (Web Test) Report

The Talent Questionnaires (Web Test) Report provides a summary view of your talents' questionnaires for a given time period. Use this report to track web test activity, review individual question responses, and monitor where each talent is in the hiring process.

Locating the Report

1. Click the Analyze tab. The Reports sub-tab will be selected automatically.
2. In the Search Reports field, type TALENT Q.
3. Click the Talent Questionnaires report.

Report Logic

This report pulls talent questionnaire records within a specified date range. The date fields filter differently based on the Questionnaire Status selected:

• When Completed is selected, the report filters by the talent's Applicants Entered Date, response date, or test date within the date range.
• For all other statuses, the report filters by the web test sent date within the date range.

Filter Options

Filter Name	Options	Description
Questionnaire	All available Web Tests	Filter by the talent's web test name.
Questionnaire Status	All available Web Statuses	Filter by the status of the talent's web test (e.g., Sent, Completed). Previously labeled Status.
Talent Status	Multi-select; all available Talent Statuses	Filter by the talent's current status in the hiring process. Allows multiple selections.
Date From	Date picker	Start of the date range. When Questionnaire Status is set to Completed, filters by Applicants Entered Date, response date, or test date. For all other statuses, filters by web test sent date.
Date To	Date picker	End of the date range. Follows the same logic as Date From.
Date Range	Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, and more	Select a preset date range. When a Date Range is selected, the Date From and Date To fields are automatically disabled. Use either Date Range or Date From / Date To — not both.

Note: The Status filter has been renamed to Questionnaire Status. A new Talent Status multi-select filter has been added below it.

Field Details

Field Name	Description
Talent ID	The talent's unique ID.
Talent Status	The talent's current status in the hiring process.
Applicant	The talent's name.
Web Test Name	The name of the talent's web test from Web Applies.
Web Test Type	The type of the talent's web test from Web Applies.
Web Test Score	The score of the talent's web test from Web Applies.
Sent Date	The date the web test was sent to the talent.
Response Date	The date the talent responded to the web test.
Response Time	The time elapsed between the test being sent and the talent's response.
Question	The individual test question.
Answer	The talent's answer to the test question.
Question Score	The score assigned to the individual question.
Answer Correct	Indicates whether the talent's answer was correct.
Placed	Y or N based on the talent's current placement status.
