Locating the Report

1. Click on Analyze Tab
   The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
2. In the Search Reports field, type HIRING STATS
3. Click on the Hiring Stats Report

Stats on stages of the hiring process for started applicants given a specified date range

Filter Options

	Filter Name	Options	Explanation
	Division	All available Employers	Filters Job's Employer
	Region	All available Regions	Filters Job's Region
	Office	All available Branches	Filters Job's Branch
	Company	All available Companys	Filters Job's Company
	Job Type	All available Job Type List	Use this filter to refine Job Type
	Date Type	Hired Date, Opened Date
	Date From		Use this filter to refine Placement's Hired Date or Job's Entered Date (Opened Date) under the date range as per the Date Type parameter.
	Date To
	Date Range	Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, ...	When 'Date Range' is selected, 'Date From' and 'Date To' will be automatically disabled. The user will need to select either 'Date Range' or enter 'Date From' and 'Date To'.

Submitted	The # represents how many days it took to complete this stage (for each hired candidate)
Started	The # represents how many days it took to complete this stage (for each hired candidate)
Talent ID	Job's ID
Requisition ID	Job's Requisition ID
Job Type	Job's Type
Candidate Source Tag	Job's Applicant's Sources
Web Source	Job's Web Applicant's Sources
Date Opened	Job's Entered Date
Job Start Date	Placement's Start Date
Filled Date	Placement's Hired Date
Job Cost	Job's Additional Costs	Sum of Additional Costs related to the Job such as Advertisement Fee, etc. are displayed here
Client Rep	Job's Sales Rep
Contractor Rep	Placements Recruiter Rep	If there are multiple Recruiter Rep, it shows multiple Recruiter Rep in comma separated.
Credit To	User who nominated talent to the Job or Credit To on Nominated section as Credit To can be also changed from Nominated section	If there are multiple users, it will show multiple users in comma separated
Job Activity Stages	Dynamic columns for job activity stages with count of activity
