Locating the Report

1. Click on Analyze Tab
   The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
2. In the Search Reports field, type CANDIDATE CONTACT
3. Click on the Candidate Contact Details Report

Logic

An exportable report that lists applicable applicant contact details such as email, phone number and address.

Filter Options

	Filter Name	Options	Description
	Division	All available Employers List	Use this filter to refine Talent's Employers
	Region	All available Regions List	Use this filter to refine Talent's Regions
	Office	All available Office List	Use this filter to refine Talent's Offices
	Position Category	All available Position Categories List	Use this filter to refine Talent's Position Category
	Position Skills	All available Skill Set List	Use this filter to refine Talent's Skills Set
	Active	All available Talent's Status List (i.e. All, Active and Former, Active, Former)	Use this filter to refine active Talent's Status. When Active Status = 'Active and Former', the report pulls only those applicants that has  placements. When Active Status = 'Active', the report pulls those applicants that has active placements or placements having enddate greater than or equals to current date.                               When Active Status = 'Former', the report pulls those applicants whose placements has been ended or placements having enddate less than or equals to current date.
	Date From	Use this filter to refine Talent's by the Created Date
	Date To
	Date Range	None, Today, Tomorrow, …	When 'Date Range' is selected, 'Date From' and 'Date To' will be automatically disabled. The user will need to select either 'Date Range' or enter 'Date From' and 'Date To'.
