Locating the Report

1. Click on Analyze Tab
   The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
2. In the Search Reports field, type Hotlist
3. Click on the Candidate Hot list Report

Logic

View of candidates that have been added to your hotlist within a given date range with basic candidate information listed.

Filter Options

	Filter Name	Options	Description
	Division	All available Employer List	Use this filter to refine employer of the home Branch of the User entering the talent to hot list
	Region	All available Region List	Use this filter to refine region of the home Branch of the User entering the talent to hot list
	Office	All available Office List	Use this filter to refine home Branch of the User entering the talent to hot list
	HCM User	All available HCM User List	Use this filter to refine the user entering the candidates to hot list.
	Date From		Use this filter to refine talent hot listed date between the date range.
	Date To
	Date Range	Today, Tomorrow, ...	When 'Date Range' is selected, 'Date From' and 'Date To' will be automatically disabled. The user will need to select either 'Date Range' or enter 'Date From' and 'Date To'.
