Locating the Report

1. Click on Analyze Tab
   The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
2. In the Search Reports field, type DECLINED
3. Click on the Declined Candidate Report

Logic

Detailed view of declined candidate per job as well as notes per each decline, user who declined and which stage the candidate declined from.

Filter Options

	Filter Name	Options	Description
	Company	All available Companies List having jobs	Use this filter to refine Job's company name
	Date From		Start Date of Job Activity date falling under the date range
	Date To		End Date of Job Activity date falling under the date range
	Date Range	Yesterday, Today, …	When 'Date Range' is selected, 'Date From' and 'Date To' will be automatically disabled. The user will need to select either 'Date Range' or enter 'Date From' and 'Date To'.

Activity Date	Declined Activity Logged Date
User	Declined Activity Entered By User
Notes	Declined Activity Notes
Activity Category	Declined Activity Category
Applicant City	Declined Talent's City
Applicant Email	Declined Talent's Email
Current Position Title	Latest Job Title	latest_job_title from app_job_hist_search
