Client Tasks (Sales Tasks) Report

This report allows users to view scheduled contact tasks by date, along with applicable notes. They can use this report to track and manage scheduled tasks related to client interactions, including follow-up calls, meetings, and other engagements. By having visibility into upcoming tasks and associated notes, account managers can ensure timely follow-ups, maintain communication logs, and provide excellent customer service, ultimately strengthening client relationships and driving satisfaction.

Locating the Report

  1. Click on Analyze Tab
    The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
  2. In the Search Reports field, type CLIENT TASKS
  3. Click on the Client Tasks Report

Logic

View scheduled contact tasks by date, as well applicable notes.

Search for and display client and company task information including task user, type of task and date information.

Filter Options

Division  All available Employers List Use this filter to refine contact  tasks user's associated home office's Employers 
Region All available Regions List Use this filter to refine contact  tasks user's associated home office's region
Office All available Branches List Use this filter to refine contact  tasks user's associated home office
Company All available Companies List  Use this filter to refine contact's companies
HCM User All available HCM User List  Use this filter to refine contact  tasks user
Task Status    
Date From   Start Date of Placement's Extensions falling under the date range
Date To   End Date of Placement's  Extensions falling under the date range
Date Range Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, … When 'Date Range' is selected, 'Date From' and 'Date To' will be automatically disabled. The user will need to select either 'Date Range' or enter 'Date From' and 'Date To'.

Type of Activity contact's Activity  
Status contact's Task Status. Displays 'Completed' if the task is completed else displays 'Scheduled'.
