Locating the Report

1. Click on Analyze Tab
   The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
2. In the Search Reports field, type CANDIDATE CONTACT
3. Click on the Candidate Contact Details Report

Filter Options

	Filter Name	Options	Description
	Division	All available Employers List	Use this filter to refine Job's Employer
	Region	All available Regions List	Use this filter to refine Job's region
	Office	All available Branches List	Use this filter to refine Job's Branch
	Company	All available Companies having job	Use this filter to refine Job's company name
	HCM User	All available HCM user  list	Use this filter to refine Job's Sales Rep or Hired Detail extensions recruiter rep(whichever satisfies the conditions).
	Job Type	All available Job Type List	Use this filter to refine Job Type
	Date From		Hired Date of Placement's Extensions falling under the date range
	Date To
	Date Range	Yesterday, Today, ...	When 'Date Range' is selected, 'Date From' and 'Date To' will be automatically disabled. The user will need to select either 'Date Range' or enter 'Date From' and 'Date To'.
